Self Hate is a seed planted by White Supremacy. I heard the 8 steps of Genocide involve Self Hatred. Where are you in understanding the real history of America and what that must represent to Americans? It is a powerful tradition that has been the fundamental fear of a people that have been here for over 15,000 years not only changing the way of life in America but serving as a means of control and destruction that is apparent to only the victims of holocaust and genocide. The other side is systematically built into the past as as a topic that is not talked about or tabu to American culture because of a fear of educating the oppressed.
The political climate of the country has changed over the last 11 years and it's obvious. Fueling the changes are the peoples attitudes, views and presidents. People are people and we all have the right to what everyone else in the country is prescribed in the constitution regardless of our backgrounds. I'm afraid it is tearing the country and it's people apart.
Mass murder is not Mental Illness. While the President of the United States states on Monday after the shootings calls these mass murders mental illness. The gunmen normally fit the same demographic profile time and time again leading me to believe the dialogue may be different had the gunmen been black, Hispanic or Muslim. Everyone in American deserves the right to not be ignored or protected. History is repetitive.
White Racist/Terrorist. Have Native American lives ever mattered to the government?
The Presient of the United States is very influential. The amount of power that comes with this position should not be taken lightly. The President needs to be willing to sacrifice pride and prejudicial biases for the good of the country. The President should not perpetuate the dismantling of the progress we have made as a free country for all not just the priveledged.
Turning a blinds eye is being complicit. Not becoming a solution to the problem makes us part of the problem. Does Fear drive the complicit behavior or does fear of loss play a significant factor in asking why even act. Are we priviledged and if so why act. Does this make people wrong and if so how?
