At each stage of life, a new set of challenges await. One thing that hits at every stage of life is grief. Ryan Sheade talks about the sandwich age of life. Taking care of ourselves, family and aging parents. We make it through this busy stage of life to come up on retirement. We go from working and having a purpose for 30 years and then nothing. James Palazzolo tells us how we can take this excess time in our lives and make it ours. Creating our own purpose for whatever we want to do.

MMR resident Alison Tummond shares her personal story of PTSD of suicide and how she didn't see the signs of her husband hurting until it was too late. Grief is the word. And it's what many of us are feeling right now. Also, Francine Sumner joins to to tell her story of losing her teenage son to suicide. She started Kid in the Corner to save all those kid's in a corner like her amazing, kind hearted, animal loving son, Zach.

Not only is she working hard to find you the right home, she's helping our favorite local restaurants.
