Justin Robinson is the inaugural Director of the Institute of Positive Education, based at Geelong Grammar School. He leads a team dedicated to promoting the theory and practice of Positive Education through research and providing training for other educators. Justin is an Honorary Fellow of the University of Melbourne’s Graduate School of Education and was listed in The Educator’s 2017 Hot List. He lives with his wife Jeanette and their four children on the Corio campus of Geelong Grammar School.

Valerie Campbell-Hogg is the founder and CEO of Silkwood School, a school in the hinterland of the Gold Coast in Australia that approaches learning differently. When her two young children were of school age, finding an inspiring educational experience seemed difficult, and so Valerie set up her own school. From humble beginnings in 1999 with 2 students in a rented house, Silkwood School now has over 600 students and they've built their own educational model.
