SDH 313: 2018 A Year in Review: 5 Lessons + 5 Things I'm Afraid to Tell You | File Type: Unknown | Duration: Unknown
Unknown file type. Enclosure URL IS: - https://audio.simplecast.com/f2c57144.mp3

Woah!  I can’t believe this is the last and final episode of 2018. What an amazing year it has been. Today’s on the podcast I’m peeling back the curtain and diving into what this past year has looked like, what’ve I’ve learned and some things I’m afraid to tell you.  But before diving into the role that 2018 played in my life and She Did It Her Way, I’m backing up to the years leading up to 2018. Sharing how I was absolutely lost in my career, second guessed my every move, didn’t set goals because I was too afraid of setting the wrong one.  Grab a notebook, your beverage of choice and press play! Some key points in today’s episode: Your business will only grow as much as you grow as a person. The sooner you put yourself in the mindset as a business owner and own the fact that your business is your business, you’ll become that person. Explore your money mindset blocks and any other blocks that may be limiting you from moving to that next step in your business and in life.  Don’t be afraid to be messy and make mistakes. Practice being messy and practice mistakes. Running a business is like being in a committed relationship. Your business isn’t there to make you whole, only you, yourself can make you whole, and sometimes it disappoints you, frustrates you and makes you cry but other times, it makes you feel like you are flying and are on top of the world. Your business is a reflection of you. You’re strengths, weakness, limitations and expansions. Most importantly is that regardless of what happens you still stay committed to your business. Quotes: Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. - Einstein
