Ian Belknap is the founder of Write Club, and Dan and he spend a good deal of time discussing how it doesn't suck. Dan also attempts to get Ian to relieve his glory days as a stand-up comedian doing material based of his Grandfather's murder and Father's suicide. Dan also spends an unhealthy amount of time name dropping Jimmy Carrane in a shameless attempt to get him to listen to the podcast.
