Radio Free Endor: A "Star Wars" Podcast

Its awards season and the Uk baftas were just on and we will cover that in the news but all my hopes are on the Oscars with John Williams for the win with his awesome score for the rise of skywalker now talking of episode 9 its been out for a bit and I wonder how many times have you been to see it well we have the great Mark Newbold back to talk about the rise of pulps or the Rise of Skywalker and the leaks about the Colin Trevorrow's episode 9: Duel of the Fates.

Its Christmas time Yoda like his wine ... or bone broth lol and by the time you have head this, it will be Christmas day and you are sitting in front of the TV stuffed from all the Christmas dinner and waiting for the Queens speech. Now Because its Christmas, its means we have a star wars film to see, The Rise Of Skywalker had its world premiere and we have some great sound bites from that awesome evening on the blue carpet and by now you too should have see it now.

This month we are all over The Mandalorian that just started streaming on Disney plus so to get the ball rolling am bring in Jason w Christman to pick apart the first 2 episodes of the very first live action star wars TV show but be warned if you have not seen it yet because you live in the Uk and you're not a pirate then may be skip the last hour of this podcast as there be spoilers ahead. so sit back and set sale to the best TV show ever made with stranger things in a close second.

Halloween is here and at the same time the Final Trailer for The Rise Of Skywalker hit the internet! We got Jonathan Bell to go over the trailer frame by frame, can we make a 3 min trailer last 60 mins:)  Then we head over to the Endor Campfire to chat with the fine ladies of the SPI Uk, Caroline McKendrick and Marian Hill, and about things that go bump in the night. This month I was all set up to do an episode 9 trailer break down that I’ve recorded with Jason Christman. However, we got sad news that actor Peter Mayhew who played the original Chewbacca has passed away so I'm going to hold it until the next episode.

Happy Christmas and Welcome to episode 37 of Radio Free Endor and The Endor Express Well, I hope the Tale of Krampus did not scare you too much as we got a great show this month with some top Christmas tunes and a fantastic chat with Fantha Tracks, Mark Newbold and we find out what’s on his list to Santa this year. With it being November it just happens to be the 40th anniversary of the Star Wars holiday special so we were going to have a look over this masterpiece that George Lucas wanted dead and buried. However, with the sad news about Stan Lee passing away, I thought we would have a look back over his cameos and comics with Kevin Long of “The Kevin Long Show”.

In addition, as it’s Halloween, there is no star wars news but we have a great Intro based on the film The Ritual. The Ewoks have gone off to party the night away around there own campfire and ours is burning bright and Jason W.Christman drops in for a chilling tale or two and we have a great interview with two real paranormal researchers, Caroline Mckendrick, and Marian Hill from the SPI UK Somerset Paranormal Investigators UK.

This week on Radio Free Endor, star wars artist Jason W. Christman is our guest host this month, and we look back to the days of vintage collecting and to help us we have a great Interview with Matt Fox about his love of collecting vintage star wars figures and toys and his exhibition in Leicester New Walk Museum called “May The Toys Be With You”

Mark Newbold is a guest host this month and with the New trailer for Star Wars Resistance hitting the net, it reminds me of what the Borg from star trek kept saying, so it may sound like we have gone a bit Star Trek with this episode but don’t worry this is a star wars podcast and we do still talk the wars.

This week on Radio Free Endor, we are off to the outskirts of Bright Tree Village to watch The Sixth Annual Forest World of Endor Cup and after, Paul talks all about his trip into VR on a roller-coaster at Alton Towers and with all the news and castings its starting to look like this podcast is ready to blow.
