If you're a binge eater, I guarantee you've never known what your binge eating is REALLY all about. Unfortunately many who are obese no longer have hope that they can be helped, and the power of your beliefs is stronger than you realize. You will always prove your beliefs right. 4.) She's changed her eating behavior and it's Been Easy. Holly states that she thought is would be impossible to be struggle-free with her eating but she dared to jump in (to The Inner Self Diet™) and do exactly what I told her to do. Of course you would have. Furthermore, what adds to your struggle is your continuous run on the hamster-wheel-o-diets, which is what most people do (you're not alone!). That is your constant search for the next new How To Eat diet (and/or exercise program). Question: What good does all of that healthy eating and exercise information do you when you aren't DOING it? The fact that you aren't DOING what you already know how to do to live healthy and fit is the sign that you have a Mindset Issue.
