With the tournament only days away, the show was dominated by the World Cup. We looked at the final Socceroos squad and gave our opinions (which at times got heated) on how our boys will go in the Cup. We also went through the remaining 4 groups of the World Cup and provided our views. We caught up with SBS Asian football expert in Scott McIntyre live from Brazil on his thoughts of the 4 Asian teams. We discussed the latest in A-League player movements in Stealth Scoops and caught up with Damien Davies from Aussies Abroad.

The show is in full World Cup mode and we discussed the Socceroo squad which was cut from 30 to 27 with warm up matches to go before the start of the tournament. The Socceroos were in action against South Africa in Sydney and we kept all our listeners up to date with the progress. We reviewed the AFC Womens Asian Cup final between the Matildas and Japan played on Sunday night. We discussed the past week's A-League player movements as well as reviewed in depth the UEFA Champions League between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

We discussed the past week's A-League player movements in Stealth Scoops. We spoke directly with Scott Ollerenshaw who is now in Queensland reviewing the Malaysian U23s national side playing in the Queensland NPL. We also caught up with Danielle Warby from The Womens Game after the Matildas successfully qualified for the next World Cup. The FA Cup, La Liga season ending, the Europa League and a preview to the UEFA Champions League were discussed in the latter part of the show.

We discussed the massive announcement of Graham Arnold as the Sydney FC coach as well as other A-League player movements in Stealth Scoops. We spoke directly with Trent Sainsbury on his time in Holland as well as that bizarre sprinkler injury. We also had an off-the-cuff interview with James Hardy, the player manager of Bernie Ibini after his decision to join Sydney FC on loan and not the Central Coast Mariners. This week's show focused on the A-League Grand Final between Brisbane Roar and Western Sydney Wanderers where the Roar were winners in extra time. We caught up with Dimitri Petratos from Brisbane to get the reaction and update on celebrations from his team. We had a chat with James Gardiner from the Newcastle Herald surrounding the siging of new Jets coach Phil Stubbins. We caught up with Ray Gatt in Gatty's corner, Damien Davies from Aussies Abroad and our tipping guru Mel Carle. We also touched on the EPL race to the title and relegation battle as well as the UEFA Champions League semi finals.

Week one of the A-League finals saw two very tight games. We reviewed them both and previewed this weekend's semi finals. We again caught up with Ray Gatt as well as Mel Carle our expert tipster. With a tinge of sadness we spoke with Damien Davies from Aussies Abroad and the main topic was the tragic passing of future star Dylan Tombides. Three rounds left in the EPL and while Liverpool hs the edge nothing is certain with many teams with still plenty to play for. There was even time for a heated discussion between Chubba and AndyO on the development of football in Australia versus overseas.

The A-League season proper drew to a close and we looked at the final round as well as the semi final pairings. We previewed the semi finals with Ray Gatt as well as Mel Carle our expert tipster. We caught up with our man in Singapore in Damien Davies from Aussies Abroad and looked at which of our Aussies overseas featured in matches over the weekend. We also reviewed the UEFA Champions League matches played the week before and the semi final match ups.
