Patterns of Innovation
Summary: What does 21st century learning look like? How have schools successfully transformed their students learning experiences by incorporating 21st Century Skills into teacher practice, curriculum, assessment, and professional development? With assistance from a grant from the Pearson Foundation, the 21st Century Learning Exemplar Schools Program highlights best practices in schools and programs across the country that are preparing students for college, career and citizenship by embedding critical 21st century competencies into the learning environment. By capturing these stories of innovation, P21 and its partners seek to inspire other schools and districts to bring a focus on 21st Century Skills to their communities.
