The podcast is recorded from the top of Glastonbury Tor, otherwise known as the mysterious and legendary Isle of Avalon, and was recorded to highlight the difficulties faced by some IBS sufferers when trying to do everyday things such as visiting a new place or just going for a walk.

Quite often IBS sufferers look towards the possibilities of working from home as an answer to 'running the gauntlet' each morning on their journey to work.
