Many of my students (Spanish Speakers) have trouble hearing and pronouncing the short "e" it takes a lot of practice and effort because this sound does not exist in Spanish. Does this sound exist in your language? If it does, which sounds don't? Which language do you speak and sounds in English do you have trouble with?
