The Berlin Wall was symbolic of the Cold War, and the choice between two systems. Walls can be viewed as creating a dichotomy marking the other. The War on Terror was presented by George W. Bush as a choice of being with us (US) or the terrorists. The wall separating Israel and Palestine in the West Bank is emblemat
