Crystal Reiber lost weight and found a new line of work, she is now a Certified Fitness Trainer, Instructor, Motivational Speaker and Author. "I started my “fitness quest” on October 1, 2000. I was about 160 lbs., wearing a size 16, and ALL of that was NOT pretty on my 5’1”, 45 year old frame…trust me! I started doing weight training, working out six days a week.
