Hey! This is Mike from www.epicmarketer.com and today we're gonna be talking about a really cool tool you can get for free to help you organize your time better. The tool is called Speed Dial. Speed Dial is actually a plugin, you can get this by using the browser Firefox and the reason it's really important to get and how it's gonna help you is when you first log online you have a homepage. Some people use Google, some people use Yahoo, some people just have it set to their own website or whatever. Well with Speed Dial what you can do is you can set up all your shortcuts, kinda like bookmarks but they're visual. It's setup like a tic tac toe pattern (see image) but you can determine how many boxes, how many rows, how many columns you wanna have and you can actually see the sites. If you wanna be productive with internet marketing or marketing online or working from home,  you gotta have the sites that you use the most often up on top so that that's the first thing that you see. Its kinda like keeping the cookies hidden and having the fruits and vegetables upfront in your refrigerator so that when you go there, when you feel you're just kind of bored, you gotta grab an apple instead of a-ho-ho. That's called speed dial. If you do a Google search for that for speed dial plugin, you'll see that its free. Its really easy to setup. Every time I do a webinar and I show my screen, people always ask me about this. Its a great tool and a great resource. So one of the other things that I just wanna leave you before I wrap up is a quote from Earl Nightingale which is “If you look at what everybody else is doing then you do the opposite, you succeed”. Now, I'm paraphrasing that maybe a little bit off but you get the point. Most of people are going to Facebook first, they're going to Twitter first, they're checking their email first, if you setup Speed Dial and your first thing is maybe Aweber or your Analytics or your SupportDesk then you're gonna be doing the opposite what most people do which means you're gonna have the opposite results what most people have. Hey, this is Mike from www.epicmarketer.com and in today's session we're gonna be talking about videos. Now video as a strategy in itself is so critical right now because if you think about the type of communication that we do, whether it's talking, whether it's writing, whether it's video, whether it's podcasting, whether it's blogging or any of these things video is the one that captures the most. You can see my expressions, you can hear my voice, you can see my body language, you can see my gestures and you know there are studies out there that talk about how much of your communication is actually the words and most of them say it's around seven percent so let me give you an example of this because a lot of times when you know you hear this you might be saying to yourself the same thing I thought which is "Now that sounds like it's a little bit low to me, seven percent sounds really low. So let me give an example… "I" didn't say she stole the money I "didn't" say she stole the money I didn't "say" she stole the money I didn't say "she" stole the money I didn't say she "stole" the money I didn't say she stole "the money" and on and on… Now that's just emphasizing one word in that sentence if you emphasize two or three or you say them slower or say them faster there's so many different ways to get a completely different meaning with your words. So video is extremely powerful and has the biggest impact on your business. Now what you want to do, as far as video goes, is you wanna put videos everywhere. You wanna make videos and put them on youtube of course for sharing whatever it is your niche is about, whatever it is you're reviewing, things like that, but you also want to put your videos on your thank you page, your download page, your confirmation page, your affiliate sign up page, all these things. Every time you sell a product have a video on there that says, "Hey this is mike from epicmarker.com. Thank you so much for picking up your copy of… whatever it is". Obviously you want to use your own name and your own site, but you get the point. Put your videos everywhere. Let people see your face. People are buying you first and the product or service second. Because there's so much noise out there and are so many empty promises out there that if you're somebody that people resonate with, that they know you, they like you and they trust you, they're gonna take a chance, even if they're not necessarily excited about whatever it is you're excited about. So get your videos out there. Now the tool that I suggest you use in order to save the most money and build your list as well is called LeadPlayer. What LeadPlayer does is use YouTube's videos so they're always going to load quickly, even if you have a big launch or a lot of traffic or you're paying for traffic your video will always show up right away. They'll always be crisp and clean because it's google's servers which is everywhere. It's most reliable thing in the world, but the thing that makes LeadPlayer different than all the other video players out there is first of all they have the stamp of approval from google. They're the only ones that are actually communicating with google saying "here's what we're doing. Do you like it. Is this ok?" and google has said "Yes! We give you two thumbs up. We love what you're doing!" Another thing they do is they have a full-time staff that's constantly updating and tweaking the software. So about once a week maybe every two weeks they have a new update to LeadPlayer to make sure it's compatible with up-and-coming plugins changes and with Wordpress. Things like that. And then the most important thing about lead player that's really, really cool is you can have it so that as soon as a video is done playing you can have an embedded opt-in form that says sign up for my free newsletter or whatever text you'd like to say and it's right there in the video.

Hey! This is Mike Cowles and today we're gonna talk about the secret ingredient to getting people, not only take action to opening your emails and buying your products but to continually keep doing that and also I'm gonna be sharing an announcement. So let's jump right in. First, the secret ingredient is curiosity. Most marketers do not understand the power of this. Let alone take advantage of the true power of curiosity. When you do your marketer, you really wanna pour this on. What I mean by this is yes, you're giving good content, yes, you're delivering them your promises buy you wanna have them be curious. If you think about popular TV shows like Lost, Vampire Diaries, Alias, 24 or Heroes. All of those shows follow the same principle soap operas did when they get first started giving you all kinds of entertainment whether its eye candy, but then they always leave you with a cliffhanger and they also open up a bunch of cans of worms where you like “Ahhh, I wonder how that's gonna turn out,” Well, when you do you're marketing no matter what it is, no matter niche you're in, you can use those same techniques in order to get your customers to keep opening your emails and keep buying your products. If you're in the weight loss niche, for example you could say “There's 3 things that you need to eat every single day in order and they're not Broccoli or Spinach or whatever.” You also wanna talk about things like for instance if you're in the internet marketing niche, you could say “Today,  I'm gonna show you how to setup your squeeze page so that you can build a list, but you're also gonna need to know how to drive traffic. Most people are doing this wrong and tomorrow I'm gonna show you how to do it for only X amount of dollars or for free” or whatever it is to help them be curious and then its kinda like there's a momentum where you are gonna have to deliver. You are gonna have to tell the truth but have fun with it. Let people know you are having fun while you're keeping them curious. So for instance, one of the techniques for doing this is to plant seeds. You could say “ we're gonna talk about two things, like today when I first started this I said “We're gonna talk about the secret ingredient” that made you curious right? and then “we're also gonna have an announcement”. So the whole time you're hearing about this curiosity thing, which you heard about pretty earlier on. You maybe thinking yourself, what I wanna hear about is the announcements so I just listen to this curiosity thing in order to get to the announcement, but the truth is curiosity is the motivation. So when you plant a seed, always let them know kinda the topic but more so let them know the results. “I'm also gonna show a way to get traffic for free. I'm also gonna show you a way to lose weight without exercising. I'm also gonna show you a way to get your dog to listen without having to yell.” So all these things are very powerful, use them in your marketing. Now as far as the announcement goes, I have been working on behind the scenes on Mike's Academy getting more content up there or getting my forum in order. I've installed Vbulletin so that's the same software that the Warrior Forum uses and a bunch of other Digital Point, a bunch of different popular forums used. So it's great for interaction. Hey! This is Mike Cowles from www.epicmarketer.com and today I have two different resources for you for getting your audio or video transcribed for free. Now, the first one, the one that a lot of people don't know about and is a great resource and this is simply YouTube. Now when you make a video and you upload it to Youtube, you'll see a little icon in order to keep it more understandable on this episode of www.epicmarketer.com I'm gonna have an image underneath this video that circles and points to where the little icon is in order to see your transcription Google will do automatically for free. Keep in mind when Google transcribes videos the quality is not gonna be 100%. You gonna have to watch along and you gonna have to edit it as you go but its 90% done and typically for a five minute video its gonna take you about 10 minutes to go through versus transcribing it by hand or paying somebody to do it where it will take maybe half an hour. The second tool and its another one that's free. You can use either an iPhone or an Android, this is a free app called Dragon Naturally Speaking. The way that it works is you simply turn it on and you click a button that say “Dictate” and while you're recording you can hold it up and dictate it or if you're talk is gonna be for more than a minute then what you do is you simply hold it in front of your computer while you're playing back the recording and again it will only do a minute. Once you reach that minute point, you have to hit “Pause” in your computer where you're playing it back and simply copy and paste this to yourself. Now, Dragon Naturally Speaking is a little bit better quality than Google's transcription goes but its a little bit work to go back and forth like that for a minute at a time. But if you're doing shorter videos like I do which is typically 3 to 5 minutes then its a great option and again its free for both of those. So that's it. This is Mike from www.epicmarketer.com. Hey! This is Mike Cowles from www.epicmarketer.com and today I'm gonna share with you a great little strategy that when I personally use this with one of my offline clients, it literally doubled his business. You can do this yourself for less than a few dollars a month. The strategy that we're talking about is by adding a toll free number to your website. Now if you're selling like a physical product this works like gangbusters because typically with the physical product being shipped out because you're missing the immediate sense of gratification of you paid for it and you got your digital products right away. It really is important that you cover the proof factor and the authority factor with your potential customers and by having a toll free number especially a vanity toll free number you really help cover this. A lot of times people will call up and simply asks a questions that are already cover in the site just in order to know that there's an actual human being on the other side. A vanity number simply means that for instance like I have for www.epicmarketer.com I have 1-888-99-EPIC-1. I only put this out so that the people can send me a voicemail if they ask a question for a topic they want covered on my podcast or a question that they have on some of the services I have on the site. If I have in the business of selling something physical you would wanna have that number on the top right side of your site and it says something like “Questions or Comments? Call Us Toll Free at “ and have your vanity number and right underneath that have the actual number translations. So in other words, instead of saying the letters you would say the numbers. You've probably thinking or you maybe thinking that can be expensive or hard to setup. There's actually a couple of different services that you can use for this. If you're wanting it to be more sophisticated and be able to go to more than one people like for different extensions and things like that, then you wanna use a site called www.RingCentral.com. www.RingCentral.com has the option to have whats called a virtual operator what that means is you can have your initial message say something like “Thank you for calling ABC company, for customer support press 1, for sales press 2, for billing press 3, for all other questions press 0 and you'll can be connected to a live operator.” Now you can have as many extensions as you want when you do this and if you have a sales team or a team in place then you can have where its forwarded based on what extension I hit. For most people online, you don't have to do any of those things. You can use another service called www.eTollFree.net and you can literally get a toll free number for $0.99 a month. That's $0.99 a month. The cost per minute is like 2.9 cents per minute and you can have this forward to your telephone number or to a voicemail or you can use their voicemail. I suggest you use Google Voice for this and simply have it go straight to voicemail. With Google Voice you'll get a message on your email. Everytime somebody calls so that you can call them back at your convenience and say “Hey, this is Mike from ABC Company. I saw that you called and had a question about our ABC product. How can I help you out?” If you'd like you can always with Google Voice setup a number so that during certain hours like 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, it will forward to your cellphone and then the rest of the time, it will forward to voicemail. You can do this and you can set it up so that when people call, you can simply answer and say “Thanks for calling ABC Company. This is Mike. How can I help you?” and then when they ask a question from your site about a page or product or whatever, it's very professional sounding. So that's it for today, the two sites again are www.RingCentral.com, if you wanna be a little bit elaborate or if you wanna keep it simple and is affordable as possible  www.eTollFree.net is the other one.

Hi! This is Mike Cowles from www.epicmarketer.com and today we're gonna be talking about a really cool tool that you can use in order to share your screen and it's not what you're thinking. So the tool that we're talking about is a free tool that you can get called “Join Me”. Now I know a lot of people use Skype which you can get at www.skype.com which is a great tool and I use that just about everyday but when it comes to actually sharing your screen and showing the person that you're talking to what you're clicking on or what site you're on or whatever. A lot of times, Skype will bog down or slow down or garbled your audio or things like that which can be pretty frustrating. What you can do is you can go to join.me. That's the actual URL is Join.me and you can download  the software for free and this works on PCs as well as on Macs and then when you're on with somebody with Skype, if you wanna share your screen to demo something or whatever then you simply click on that, you click on a share your screen and then you give them the link through Skype. Its a much lighter application than Skype because that's the only thing you're doing is a sharing your screen. You can actually use this for, also for talking just like you would do with Skype and only use Join.me if you'd like. One of the applications I used most often is when I'm on Skype with someone like my programmer and I wanna show them a couple different websites or whatever is to just fire up Join.me and now we can see it and there's no interruptions with our connections. Hey! This is Mike Cowles from www.epicmarketer.com and today two key elements or activities that you can do in order to get paid big big bucks when you're marketing online. Now, the first one of these is to have what's called workshop. Workshops are huge because you can sell these  in advance before you even have them and get paid for them and once they're done you can sell the replay of them of it and get paid again. There's a great way to get paid a lot of money upfront and it also let you know when you offer the workshop initially exactly how hot of a topic it is and how many people are interested in it so that if you happen to kinda read the market poorly and only one to two people yes to it. You could always say “You know what I'm gonna issue a refund because there's not enough people that were interested in it” or you could always contact your list and say “I noticed that there wasn't a huge response to this. Was there an element that I'm missing from the topic? Or is there something else that you wanna see covered in the workshop for you to be interested in joining us.” Based on the feedback that you get, you can always go back to that now and have a much bigger success with that workshop. The second thing that you can do over and over again is whats called webinars. Webinars are typically about an hour long or about 45 minutes of pure content where you're just sharing and giving good quality content and about 15 minutes of presenting an offer where if they like what they saw, they can get more or they can get more details about what they actually saw or the topic that they saw. This can be profitable and you can end up charging more on a webinar than you would for example just a regular website or a video salespage. The beauty of doing a webinar is you can do a webinar once and maybe get “OK” results but learn from it and see what kind of questions that they have and now you can go to another marketer that's in the same niche as you and say “Listen, this is the results what I did, this is the results I've got. Would you like me to come on to your list and we'll split the profits? I'll do all the work , I'll do all the presenting. You just simply introduce me as expert in this area” if assuming that you are, of course “and I'll share the content on it and we'll share the profits.” You can do this and normally after about 2 or 3 times of doing a webinar on the same content and on the same presentation., you get very confident and very comfortable with it and you're numbers increase and your sales increase so that by the time that you've done it 5 or 10 or 15 or 20 times you could do it in your sleep and you make a lot of money from it. So those are two areas where you can not only build list and make money but you can profit from long term over and over again and you can also build your list with the other marketers that are saying “Hey listen, I'm gonna have a guest on its Mike Cowles, whose gonna be teaching on list building and when they come on, one of the questions that comes up a lot during webinars when you give good quality content is “Mike, where can I found out more about you? Even if I don't buy, I wanna find out more about you.” So this is a great way to build your list as well as make a lot of money in a hurry. Hey! This is Mike Cowles and today I wanna talk to you about physical products and how you can use these and help build your list profitably. Now one of the things that people have done in the past is they would simply make an audio or a video or a series of either one of those and then they would burn an actual disc and they would take the time to go to the post office and package everything up and ship them out to customers. Now with different services are out there online today, you can actually have these done for you at a very low price. One of the main services is a site called www.Kunaki.com and by the way all the links that are mentioned today will be at www.epicmarketer.com underneath this episode. You can use Kunaki and for within the United States you can have either a CD or a DVD printed out and shipped for around $6. Now this is very affordable and what you can do is when you try to build your list you can contact your potential customers by either saying “Hey, listen get this DVD for free and all you have to do is pay for shipping” or you can say “Here's a free thing” and once they sign up for it then you can say “Great listen, if you want this, paid $97 or $6 or $7 whatever its valued at you know audio or video series. You can simply paid for the shipping or pay only $10 as a discount and will send it out to you. Now this could be a very powerful for a few reasons. One is that it delivers a lot of value to actual customers to get something I sent out to them that looks professional, sounds professional. Its a lot like Christmas you know when you get that package in the mail and you're excited about it. The other thing is not only do you build your email list but you also have a physical mailing address for your customers which means that you can do things like send them additional gifts for free or offers in the mail as well. Today we're gonna be talking about the two fundamental rules or philosophies for building online business no matter what niche you're in. The first one is building a list profitably. In other words, making money while you're building your list and the second is marketing to that list. So the first thing, as far as building your list profitably, there are a few ways to do it. The first typical way to do it to drive traffic whether to a paid ad or swapping traffic or going out there and building visitors to your site by doing things like forum marketing, article marketing, guest blogging things like that. Either way you're driving traffic to your site. What you're gonna offer them, the visitors that come to your site, is either something for free and then offer them anything in a discount or you're gonna offer them anything at a discount first and then if they say “No” to that you can say “Hey, let me give you a free trial or a free example” in order to get them on your list. Now both of these work and you have to find out in your niche or audience which ones gonna work better whether offer them something for free and say “Hey, because you're a reader of mine now and I'd like to have you as a customer, I'd like to give you this significant discount” or if you wanna start out with “Welcome, here's a significant discount. You had great timing” and if they say “No” to that and they're going to leave. You have an exit pop up that show up that says “Before you go, why not download the first chapter for free or check out the first module for free or as a gift for visiting, here's a free report that shows how to do AB and C.” That's the first part. The second part as far as profiting from your list once you have it. There's a few ways you can do this. One is to email out offers for your own products or affiliate products. Two is to sell advertising space in your email newsletter. In other words, you can say to another marketer “If you'd like me to send an email to my list, pay me X amount of dollars and I'll send it out in your offer in there”. The other way is to have advertising space on your actual blog so whether its in a form of banners whether its a header banner, footer banner or in the actual blog post maybe half way through or at the end you can have an advertisement spot. One of the things that you wanna reconsider is if this is going to hurt your relationship with your customers to have advertisements in there and the other thing that you gonna wanna do even if you decide “You know what, this wouldn't hurt. This is normal to have advertisements in there for my niche” is to make sure that its still targeted. You don't want to  be selling hamburgers on a site that about being a vegan.  Angry Customers | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 7:28

Hey! This is Mike Cowles from www.epicmarketer.com and today we're gonna talk about how to deal with an angry customer in a productive way. So let's jump right in. First, angry customers are not necessary a reflection of you or you're business or service. Life is tough sometimes. People having a rough day. Maybe a link didn't go to where they expected it to. Maybe they misunderstood something or had a false expectation when they saw your particular offer. So one of the things that you wanna do especially if you're upset when you read the customer's, say for instance, support ticket or email or get a voicemail where they're upset. If you're upset the first thing to do is to take a time out for a few minutes maybe do some push ups or jumping jacks or take a walk or go somewhere where you're out by yourself and scream. Whatever it is, you don't wanna aim that anger at your customer. The reason is, first of all, is normally anger is just gonna produce more anger if you bring that in. But the other thing is its a very good chance that something was misinterpreted. So now that you've got it out of your system. You did some push ups or you took a walk or whatever it is. Now when you get back to your customer you wanna listen to them, hear them out and say “Hey, I understand that there is a challenge with” fill in the blank “your link, your product, your delivery” or whatever it is. Understand that there is a “challenge”. Do not use the word problem. A problem is something that is very negative. A challenge is something that is frustrating me at a time but can be overcome. People like challenges even though they're frustrating at the time up so you're reframing that. So “I understand there was a challenge with blank so I wanna hear what happen from your perspective” and let them talk. It may be a minute, it may be thirty seconds, it may be five minutes but let them talk. When they're done what you gonna do is convey to them that you've been listening by repeating back to them a summary of what they said. This is really important for a few reasons. The way to do it is essentially to say “if I'm hearing you correctly what happen was... You paid on Tuesday, you send in your payment via Paypal and then by Thursday you still haven't receive the link and so you're frustrated so you really wanna get access to whatever product you paid for it and you haven't got it yet. Is that accurate or is that what happen?” Now when you do this, first of all, most people don't listen. So if you not only listen, take the time to listen but then validate them and say “if I'm hearing you correctly, this is what happen...” and they say “yes, that's what happen” then the key thing for validating here is to not try and fix it or defend yourself but to put yourself in their shoes for just a minute and just picture how it would feel to them to be where they're at and validate them. One of the best ways to this is to say “it sounds like that's really frustrating... or I'm sure that's gonna be aggravating...or I can understand why you'd be so upset about that I would be upset too” You wanna relate with them. Even if you know that their perception is wrong, they still have feelings and those feelings are valid. So you as a vendor wanna validate those feelings, inorder to build that relationship and to just be a better person. You'll gonna find that this isn't just for business but this is for your spouse, your children, your parents, your friends. Validating people means “Gosh, that sounds like its really frustrating, I'm sure that's gotta feel so aggravating” whatever it is that they're saying “I'm really frustrated because my link is gone. I feel lost without a cash, I must stink to feel lost. By simply doing this you're gonna see that walls are get lowered and people will appreciate it and if they don't for some strange reason they might just need a little bit more time but you're doing the best thing that you can as a vendor,

Now there's a few tools that you can use that are free for tracking your visitors to your site, your sign ups, your sales, all that stuff. One of them which is really popular is google analytics. Now this is free, but in all honesty is a little bit complicated if you're not used to using it. Now one of things that you can do with google analytics is you can go on there and you can see where people are coming from to your site, you can see how long they stay, you can see where they came from, like if they came from your blog verses YouTube or whatever.You can see what countries they're coming from, you can tell so many different things about it and it's free use. Now if you're on a blog, a wordpress blog which I strongly suggest, then all you have to do is once you set up your google analytics account and you let them know hey here's my website here's what timezone I'm in, save, they'll give you a piece of tracking code and all you have to do is go into your blog, into the editor, where you see the header area and just paste that code and you're good. You paste it in one spot it'll let you know. Now there's another services that you can use for free which is much, much simpler but it's not gonna have all the details, if you're a little bit intimidated by google analytics and this is at statnumbers.com. Now this is one of my sites. All it's going to tell you is where people came from and how many people came, but it's much easier to use now the downside to Stat Numbers is you have to add a new code or a new account to each page you want track. If you just wanna know how many people come to your home page and that's it, this may be a great option for you. Now another thing you wanna track on a regular basis is your conversions. If you go to epicmarketer.com/conversions you'll find a free tool there where you can put in the number of visitors and the number of sales or sign ups and click a button and it'll give you the exact percentage. Now the reason why this is so important is because if you don't track your conversions you're going to be throwing away money on ads and you're gonna be throwing away money just by making simple changes. So here's what I  mean by that. If you have for instance a sales page that's converting at two percent you might simply be able to change the headline on that and go from two percent to five percent. So now the ad that your paying for that just barely makes a profit could be wildly profitable. If you change the price on it, you might find that raising the price might dip down your sales a little bit, but because of the increase in price you're actually making more profit and having higher quality customers. The opposite might be true as well. If you lower the price you may get so many more sales that because it's a digital product or because it's something that you're outsourcing, there's no extra headache to you and you're making a boatload more money. So my challenge to you is to setup google analytics or Stat Numbers on your site today and then make it a point to check every single day by going to epicmarketer.com/conversions and tracking and seeing what your conversion rate is whether it's for opt ins or for sales and make split test changes at least once a week to see how you can improve your experience for your customers as well as your profit for your bottom line. Hey, this is Mike Cowles from epicmarketer.com and today were gonna talk about a secret affiliate strategy in order to generate more sales as an affiliate and then for the bonus tip we're gonna talk about how to get more sales from your affiliates. So let's jump right in! First thing as an affiliate the one thing that you want to remember is that you want to provide some kind of value to your potential customers. Instead of just saying "hey this is awesome check it out" why not share what you've discovered about this particular product or service and educate them a little bit as to what makes it awesome? If nothing else it's going to help them want to see more products from you in the future because they know that you're somebody that actually does the homework. So one of the best ways to do this is to make a video where you "unwrap the package" okay? So let's say it's a product on Amazon like a camera why not turn on your flip cam and open up the box once it gets shipped to you and show people here it is. Here's the lens that comes with it. Here's the case that comes with it, here's the strap, oh, you can see it's go an AD card, whatever it is. The different things that you discover while you unwrap it will help a lot of people that are on the fence for whether not they want to buy this product. Now when you do this you really set yourself apart from most other affiliates that simply put a link out there. Now as far as getting other affiliates to promote your products one of the best things that you can do is instead of just saying "join my affiliate program use this link and make a bunch of money" you want to understand that most affiliates are either new or lazy, okay? So what happens is because there's such a small percentage of affiliates that are "super affiliates" that have a bunch of traffic, that have the relationship, that know how to make the sales, you have to help your affiliates by leading by example. So the first strategy I told you about where you make a video where you demonstrate whatever it is or you unwrap whatever it is. What you want to do is you want to offer that video to your affiliates, okay? So what you can do is you can make a smaller version like a widget size one which is normally gonna be around 300 pixels wide, maybe 250 pixels wide, you can offer both of them. And what happens now is you're gonna get more views to your YouTube video that you have demonstrating this product which is gonna help your sales and plus when you give this Leadplayer code to your affiliates to put on their sites, it's gonna say on the side, maybe in the widgets section, "Check out this demo to see how I get keyword research done in under 90 seconds" or whatever it is. They put their link underneath that video code for their affiliate sales. So what happens now is when people visit their site is instead of just seeing a banner or just seeing a link or just getting an e-mail, now because you're giving them a video option you gonna get what's called residual income. Because when you give somebody a video that will pay them over and over again, they put it on their site. Whether it's on their download page or on the blog or whatever. That means that as long as they're in business as long as they have new people coming to their site or repeat visitors coming to their site, your ad as a vendor is been seen over and over again, which is great for you and it's great for them.
