Episode 12: Speed work (get your shoes on!!!) | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: 39:59

If you are healthy and have been running, lace up your shoes, grab a water bottle and join me for one of my favorite workouts.  Today I will be talking you through a 5 minute warm up, 10 x 1 min 30 sec speed interval with only 30 seconds of recovery between each one.  THIS WORKOUT IS HARD! I hope that I am able to inspire you to take your training to the next level while training smart and staying healthy.  I even hired a huge crowd of people to cheer you on during parts of the workout! Have fun. As always, subscribe to the show in itunes and give us a rating, or if you listen in stitcher, just click on that little "thumbs up" button to give us some love! Unfortunately I must leave a disclaimer.  Please be smart! This workout is meant for an injury free athlete who has been running at least a couple of weeks.  For an easier beginner workout listen to episode two of the PRC podcast then join us for this workout.  You should not attempt this workout if you are unsure about your ability to do it.  Please consult with a medical professional before beginning any new training program.  Coach Nate Lindskoog and The Pocket Running Coach Podcast (a Treasure Valley Road Runners, LLC. company) is not liable for any injuries sustained during the attempt of this workout.
