Welcome to our very first episode of the Motivating Mom. I'm your host, Lisa Druxman! Many of you may know me as the founder of FIT4MOM or programs like Stroller Strides or Body Back. But I come to you now as a regular mom who wants to give women the strength for motherhood. In this first, episode, I share my personal story and how I created Stroller Strides.
