Over the past week I've fielded more than 20 x phone calls and zoom calls from mates and clients asking me about business, if the #pandemic is affecting them and what they can do about their declining #cashflow. The reality is that all businesses and people have to take some time to adjust to what is happening in the world with the #coronavirus Over the last 15-years in digital marketing I have seen many markets shocked into action and this pandemic is amplifying the anxiety that everyone is feeling. In this video I go through the 4-stages of pandemic business stress. You don't have to have a pandemic to experience this, just a change in your markets conditions but this pandemic certainly amplifies all of the feelings and emotions. No matter what you think the outcome of this pandemic will be there is absolutely no doubt the way that we do business is going to change forever. Social distancing is the new norm so you need to figure out a way to use that to your advantage and transition your business to an online model. For regular listeners of the Go All In podcast you would know that one of my favorite topics to discuss is sales. But it's not the sales process that I like, it's the human interaction and how you can use the sales process to predict an outcome, move closer to your goals and have some fun in the process.
