LanceScurv goes in on the recent Electric Daisy Carnival that was held in Orlando Florida because of the underlying issues that this event revealed that many who live in Central Florida refuse to acknowledge. For those who do not live in Orlando and visit as a tourist, there is a fierce takeover of many Black neighborhoods here by corporate interests that are backed by the local government who are both driven by greed and other self serving motivations. Most who live here and abroad who occupy these key positions in government, law enforcement and media know exactly what is going on and work together seamlessly to orchestrate the obvious gentrification that has eaten away at these traditionally Black neighborhoods like a cancer. The Black communities such as the Callahan, Parramore, Washington Shores and Orange Center areas as well as the eventual covert and well planned takeover of the Richmond Heights/Carver Shores neighborhoods have forces at play that are very aggressive yet thrive under the radar of those who do not have any contact in these areas. Because of the media and how they slant their coverage of the aforementioned areas, the general consensus of those who don't live there is that it's a drug infested, downtrodden, crime ridden burden to society and a blight on the beautiful face that Orlando shows to the world who arrive here in record numbers to eagerly enjoy a wonderful vacation in the manufactured engineered paradise that we all know Orlando to be. The Black residents who live in these neighborhoods are regularly demonized by the media making it a bit easier to not hear their cries of harassment when the police do just that in blatant fashion. The Blacks who live there in the minds of those who are bloodthirsty for that precious real estate that lies underfoot must be banished from there by any means necessary so that they can move on with the business at hand.

Tonight we go in on the hottest issue in the Black Church that has caused quite a stir in the last few hours! We are going to go in DEEP on the video of the young man who has claimed that "I'm Not Gay No More"  to be delivered from homosexuality and the tidal wave of debate, controversy and fiery responses from those on both side of the argument who either claim that it is possible to be set free from homosexuality as well as those who say that it is impossible. One of the reasons why this has set off such a storm is that homosexuality has always been a touchy issue in the Black church with many choosing to deal with it head on as well as those who've opted to hide their head in the sands of denial about it. Maybe it's me, but Politics today appears to be morphing into more of a sideshow than it ever has before. It's basically a two party system where a person whose vast and unique needs just cannot be satisfied with such a limited menu from which to choose from. Democrat or Republican. One side versus the other. Which one do you fit in? It's literally impossible to squeeze the entire population of the United States of America onto either side but we seem to fall for the game and mental trap! We have grown men and women who are running for these various offices and positions who for the most part tend to act in a subhuman cut throat manner simply because they want to win and seem they will do so at any cost. On the other hand, you may get the feeling like I did that this is one big sham because right after these elections, the same two who were airing each others dirty laundry out for the world to see are now enjoying a game of golf together or hanging out at an exclusive social club appearing to be the best of friends! What gives? While I do understand that the positions and offices in politics serves a purpose when it comes to keeping the lifeblood of the country pumping on so many different organized levels such as on a local, state and federal perspective, but what I have a challenge understanding is that gray area in which corruption and deception thrive. Why is it that we can find a potential candidate dumping one million dollars of his own personal funds into a campaign that will only place him in an office that pays a little over $100,000? To me it appears that politics is necessary but there is just too much room for unscrupulous behavior when it comes to the power that a mere human being is given which results in the scandals that frequent the news in what appears to be a daily event somewhere in the country.  

Tyler Perry recently filed for a protective order in Fulton County Superior Court against Joshua Sole after Sole was booked into the jail for criminal trepass. I read the entire story as reported officially in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution but the circumstances surrounding this incident reeks of a lover's spat. While the personal life of Tyler Perry and his sexuality is really none of my business or interest, many have requested that I share my personal views on this here online so here it is. Spike Lee had some very straightforward words to say the other day about those who feel that we live in a Post-Racial America and that everything is moving forward between the races simply because there is now a Black President in the White House. I personally have to say that I agree 100% with what Spike had to say and I also had a few of my own words that I wanted to add to the conversation. LanceScurv delves into the topic of what spiritual connectedness truly is and how possessing it can impact ones life on a day to day basis in common scenarios that we often overlook. We live in a world where we must wrestle with entities that we not only can see, but many that we can't. While many will readily proclaim our believe in God we will shy away from admitting that there is another real side to the same spiritual coin. Many are in total denial of that other side which started when Satan was banished from Heaven and was followed by one third of Heaven's angels who then became demons. Lance feels that most houses of worship do not teach how to deal with the day to day attacks that come across our paths in a rapid fire succession leaving us vulnerable and at the mercy of a force that we should be equipped through proper instruction to conquer. What would cause a teacher to become so infuriated with her students that she would threaten to quit her job on the spot? What is it about the present generation of school aged children that would cause them to be so bold as to blatantly curse out an adult to whom they are in school to learn from without hesitation or a second thought? Why does it appear to be an epidemic across the entire United States of America for our children to be so out of control mentally, spiritually and physically? Who stands to benefit from the condition of our children being so wayward which literally ensures that they will grow up to be rebellious adults who will inevitably become incarcerated with very little options to live a full and progressive life? Is it by chance that our schools now seem to be part of a prison prepardness system instead of a learning center for a life that will produce a law abiding citizen that will add back to the communities from which they've come from? There is most definitely a reason for things being the way they are and LanceScurv has a few strong bold, raw and uncut opinions as to why they are that way. They are most definitely part of a bigger plan because this state of controlled decadence simply could not happen by chance! Being a man who works with the public everyday driving the public transportation bus here in Orlando Florida, I can sympathize with the frustrations that many women feel after being harassed all day long by the carnal minded men who approach these women with lustful intentions. While I'm not saying that there aren't the countless women out here in existence who purposely seek out this type of attention for personal gain, I am specifically speaking about those women who are decently dressed and obviously on their way in their day to get something of note accomplished. Men can tell the difference between a woman who has nothing else but games on her mind as opposed to one who really has no time to waste that is really trying to get somewhere in life. It is these women that I feel for who have to deal with the constant advances from men who really have nothing to offer to their lives except a whole lot of drama, frustration, pain and regrets. I often see it day in and day out as I drive through the city of Orlando, but this behavior is not new and not only happening here as it's a worldwide phenomenon. Most men who do not see the world from the positioning that I have will never understand, this is why I was so overjoyed and somewhat tickled to see this video showing a very attractive woman walking through the streets of New York City for 10 hours showing what too many women have to go through in the course of a day. The woman in this particular video - actress Shoshana Roberts - braved the NYC jungle as a man walked a few feet in front of her with a backpack that contained the hidden camera that recorded these men acting out in rare form. CNN Anchorwoman Isha Sesay rocked the media boat by publicly proclaiming that the huge media focus on Ebola since it arrived to American shores while offering miniscule coverage when it was considered mainly an African concern has made her an "Angry Black Woman!" What made me stand up and applaud her stand was that this is an issue that most would think about but would be afraid to speak on publicly. "What I’m seeing in the United States is this lack of knowledge. And not just a lack of knowledge, but also a lack of empathy for what we are going through right now on the continent. So I’m in a really difficult space right now [...] The coverage of Ebola to date – before we moved to the situation where we’re now where the focus is so much on America and the fear that the Western hemisphere is going to be taken over by Ebola – the coverage of the continent had fixated on the continent, and so little on the people." So this shows us that everyone in the media is not a talking head, I just hope that her words don't cause her to have to deal with the wrath of anyone who may have the control over her career at CNN that has brought her into more living rooms to keep us informed on what is happening currently over the world. This story is the topic of today's discussion and we hope to bring healing to all who may have endured a similar tragedy. The following story is from Eyewitness News 13 (http://abc13.com) out of Houston Texas: HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The story of a registered sex offender -- who is HIV positive -- charged with sexually assaulting his then-23 month-old niece, and impregnating a 14-year-old girl has taken another disturbing turn. The sergeant of HPD's child sex crime unit says 33-year-old David Richard Wilson has told detectives that he's had sex with "numerous other people." Wilson is said to be "regretful," but he has yet to tell investigators how many more people/victims may be involved, their ages, names or dates. As a result, anyone who many have crossed paths with Wilson, or may be concerned their children know him, are asked to call police. The concern is that anyone who had sex with him may be infected with several sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. Wilson is said to have been in a position to meet children and students through his jobs at several fast food restaurants in the city. He was already a registered sex offender, dating back to a aggravated sexual assault of a child conviction some eight years ago. It too involved a 14-year-old girl. Police say after he served four years in prison, he was required to register annually as a sex offender. An investigator says there were apparently no other requirements imposed on Wilson by the court where he was sentenced. When his then-23-month-old niece was found to have HIV, herpes and chlamydia last November, Wilson was one of four people in the house who was tested for the virus. He was the only other person to test positive. Police say it was when he first discovered he was HIV positive, which "scared him."  

Pedophiles. They cut across every conceivable category regardless of sex, religion, culture, nationality, status, pedigree, educational level or lifestyle preference. They move in secret and are highly organized in cloaking the activities of those who share their same sickness. While many move alone and get caught to get chastised by the public, I believe that those are simply the tip if the iceberg when looking at the overwhelming amount that don't get caught. Our children are almost defenseless because these predators are almost always NOT the strangers that we keep them so well protected against but those friendly faces who have a positioning in society that make our children feel the safest. A day just can't go by where the news reporting platforms doesn't expose yet another well versed pedophile predator who has molested another child or may have been in the process of doing so. We speak of terrorism across the globe and preparedness for an attack from an external enemy, but what about the sickness that goes almost unnoticed that is happening in our homes, our schools, at the doctors offices and at our houses of worship? This is the beginning of an ongoing in depth raw conversation that is long overdue on The LanceScurv Show! The Ebola virus and the Fukushima Nuclear disaster, two seemingly unrelated and unfortunate things are actually two sides of the same coin whose purpose is to rob and steal the free will of those who operate on a higher frequency. So you think this sounds like a plot from a common science fiction flick that Hollywood turns out in a dime a dozen fashion? Well think again. Today we will hear a thought provoking and informative word from a man to whom I have the utmost respect for not only because of his oratory skills and ability to teach concepts that most could not even understand, but because of his genuine sincerity and concern to want to elevate those around him into a higher plane of existence. It's quite rare to hear a man speak as powerfully as my Brother Dave LA, so when the opportunity to absorb his expressions arrive, all things must halt because I understand the value of what he shares. That being said, Brother Dave will connect those two headline grabbers and cause you to see why they are related and give you the remedies to offset any scenario that the network news rather you cringe ineffectively in fear from. This conversation is about empowerment and information that you surely wouldn't receive if you depended solely on the mainstream media to take you mentally and spiritually where you needed to go.
