Lipsey, 32, a former New York City public school teacher from Aventura, has held multiple leadership roles with Teach for America from 2006 to 2012 and served as the executive director of Teach for America in Miami-Dade from 2008 to 2012.  From 2004 to 2006, Lipsey was a fourth and fifth grade public school teacher in New York City.  Lipsey is currently serving as the chief executive officer of Radical Partners LLC.  She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and master’s degree from Bank Street College of Education. Remember the intensity of locking eyes across a crowded room? Diana Daffner and her husband Richard do, and they believe that this “simultaneous energy exchange” is how couples deepen their connection to each other. “How’s work going for you these days?”.  Psychologist Barry Nierenberg says that if you understand the science of well-being, this question can be the launching pad  to make good things better and bad things less frustrating. Each of us can assess how we’re doing and—most importantly— maximize the factors which bring us a sense of well-being and minimize the  disappointments that diminish us." Barry runs the Study Center in Positive Psychology at Nova University. He holds a Diplomate in Rehabilitation Psychology,  is a member of the Executive Board of the American Board of Rehabilitation Psychology. For the past 30 years, Dr. Nierenberg held numerous leadership positions as a psychologist and director of training , working with other healthcare professionals in hospitals across the country. He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Florida Department of Health’s Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Advisory Council where he previously held the post of Chairman. He is a Past President of the American Psychological Association’s Division of Rehabilitation Psychology.
