The underlying question is always being asked; "Are you hungry and open for more of what God is pouring out?"
Summary: What if we do not “feel” like worshiping? Worship is one of our offensive weapons. Worship at all times. Show Notes: • What if one is devastated? • Nothing is going right, the heavens are like brass, what do we do? • As one worships the Lord and they enter His presence, things simply drop off. • Many times there is a point where there are no words to express. • In His presence is fullness of Joy References: Deuteronomy 6:5 “And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.” Deuteronomy 28:23a “and thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass.” Ephesians 5:20 Always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father; Isaiah 30:21 And your ears will hear a word behind you, “This is the way, walk in it.” Whenever you turn to the right or to the left. Quotes: • When you cannot do anything else, bleed worship. • It may not be easy at first, but the Lord will enable you to dispel the thing that is bothering you. • All He wants is us to worship. • Many times we come to that point where words won’t come out. • Words are not important anymore. It’s that spirit to spirit connection that you just let it happen. Takeaway: When everything is coming at you, when everything seems devastating, when you cannot think clearly…..worship the Lord.
Summary: There are many facets to worship, not just singing. There is an attitude that releases our love and adoration to our Father, giving back to Him what we have received. We were created by God to be His worshippers. Show notes: • Worship is much deeper than just music or singing. The Holy Spirit is at the foundation of our worship. • The baptism in the Holy Spirit has opened a door for us to worship; speaking in tongues is helpful. • The Holy Spirit teaches us how to worship in spirit and truth. • You focus on God and your relationship with Him, and you will spring forth in worship. • In our relationship with God, we are to be in an attitude of worship, in His presence. References: John 4:24 “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14 through 17 The coming and ministry of the Holy Spirit. Matthew 7:21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord’, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Psalms 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me. Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, Quotes: • Worship is more than just giving yourself in a mental ascent. It is our spirit directly connecting with the Father. • Worship is not a difficult thing, it is very, very simple. Opening your heart and expressing your love for the Lord. • It is how you see the Father; we submit or subject ourselves to Him and to His Lordship. Take away: In this phase of our discussion of worship, we find that it is with the help of the Holy Spirit that lets us worship in Spirit and in Truth and that we are not to worship from afar, but as we are in His presence.
Summary: Growing in God is an experience of a relationship with the Holy Spirit, the Father; with an expectant heart. Are you ready? Show Notes: • A major key in a walk with God is learning to open your spirit, don't read the word, eat the word. The flow of impartation is where you are going to grow. • Your drive is to meet with the Father first thing, that is your zero time. That is how you start your day. • Open your heart, God teach me to be expectant. There is an expectancy that comes by the impartation of the Holy Spirit. References: Psalm 130:6 “My soul waits in hope for the Lord More than the watchmen for the morning; Yes, more than the watchmen for the morning.” Lamentations 3:24-26 24 “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, Therefore I wait for Him. 25 The Lord is good to those who await Him, To the person who seeks Him. 26 It is good that he waits silently For the salvation of the Lord.” Quotes: • Step one, be in the word, be waiting on the Lord, be in prayer, and read the word prayerfully, • You don’t read the word when you are under pressure. You don’t read it when you are stressed out, be relaxed and be in an atmosphere where the Lord can meet you. Takeaway: There are people listening to this podcast who might ask: what’s he talking about? It’s the conveyance of His nature to your nature. He wants us to want Him. That’s our worship. Lord, I want you to live in me, take up your abode in me.
Summary: Can you put it together? An expression of God’s love is the love shown in the natural family. With God's Love and help it is possible to be a part of His family. Show Notes: • One of the most important things that a mother and father can do for their little children is to teach them to love their parents. That love builds a family relationship that will last an eternity. • Young children are very observant and if mom and dad are expressing and showing love for one another the kids will pick up on it. • One of the primary things people are looking for today is family. Reference: John 34-35 “I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all people will know that you are My disciples: if you have love for one another. Quotes: • We have to learn how to be the expression of love one to another. • Lord, make me more aware of those around me that I can be a blessing to. Takeaway: When the Lord becomes real to a family, by whatever means, they start to know what real love is, then they can minister that love. The family unit is very important because it’s together that those families who are walking in the love of the Lord. A love of one another builds the family of God.
Summary: How can I be a delight to my Father? Can I accept His terms for our relationship? You're giving back to Him all that He has given to you. Show Notes: • Sanctification has been misunderstood. You ask people what does it means to be sanctified. They probably can’t give you an answer because there have been so many definitions given to sanctification. • Do you want to be holy? Accept being set apart and look at yourself as being set apart. Do you want to be sanctified just receive it. • Being sanctified, what that says to me, there’s a special relationship that we have with the Father. He separates you apart to Himself, you have that walk, true to that relationship with Him. References: 1 Thessalonian 4:7 “For God has not called us for impurity, but in sanctification.” Hebrews 10:10 “By this will, we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all time.” I Peter 1:15-16 “but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; because it is written: You shall be holy, for I am holy.” Psalm 51:17 “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; A broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise.” Quotes: • He speaks to me, and He leads me. All these experiences that we are talking about unfold and begin to happen. • It’s a very special relationship you have with your Father. Everyone relates to Him as their Father. Take Away: I release the impartation of the growth that it takes for each person listening. Salvation is not the end all for everything. It is our close relationship with the Father.
Summary: How will I know the will of God for my life, who will teach me the ways of the Lord? The teachers and shepherds that God's placed in your life will lead you. Show Notes: • Our relationship to God really begins at the baptism of the Holy Spirit. A free will, power and authority comes in the Holy Spirit. • He gives you meat in due season. He gives us this day our daily bread. • The teacher is one who is teaching how to have your own walk with God, an individual relationship with the Father that is what an honest teacher is for. • A teacher imparts that will to learn: to seek the lord, to read the scriptures. That is where God wants to speak to you. References: Matthew 18:20 For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst. Psalm 145:15 The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season. Matthew 6:11 Give us this day our daily bread. I Samuel 3:1-14 The Prophetic Call to Samuel. I Kings 19:19-21, II Kings 2:1-14 Elijah and Elisha. I Timothy 1:1-7; II Timothy 2:1-4 Paul’s charge to Timothy to minister the word. Romans 10:17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ. II Corinthians 6:14a Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers. Quotes: • We have to be led of the Holy Spirit in our teaching and in our walking with God. • God is so available and so wanting to lead His people. All they have to do is apply themselves just apply themselves every day. • If you have that motivation, then again as a teacher, you’ll be led how to minister correctly to the sheep if you have that type of heart. Takeaway: God loose those teachers and shepherds, the hearts of those who would help people in their walk with God. The one thing about all of those ministries is that they are servant’s first.
Summary: Have you found your way into the living scriptures in your bible? You need someone to teach you to receive what the word is about. Show Notes: • Reading the bible is dry and does not make sense until a teacher comes that is anointed by God. • We are trying to break out, to make the word real for today. • He is a God of today. What did He do today? How can you share what God is doing today? References: II Corinthians 3:6 “who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.” II Kings 7:3-4 “Now there were four leprous men at the entrance of the gate; and they said to one another, “Why are we sitting here until we die? If we say, ‘We will enter the city,’ then the famine is in the city and we will die there; but if we sit here, we will also die.” Hebrews 3:15a “While it is said, “Today if you hear His voice.” Quotes: • Make the word real for today so it actually means something in your everyday life. • Make it alive today because the scriptures reveal who Christ is, not necessarily who He was. Takeaway: There’s an impartation that makes people in the scriptures come alive and makes the scriptures come alive to you.
Summary: How can we walk together into His Kingdom? It happens as we open our heart to our brother. Show Notes: • We want to reach out to those that are listening. The last thing that we want this podcast to be is a time of revelating and preaching. It doesn’t bring people into a relationship with the Lord. • We are looking to convey the Father's heart. If people would simply just do that their life would be changed. • When you love your brother you’re loving the Father. You cannot love unless you have the love of the Father. We love because He first loved us. Takeaway: Wherever you are at with the Lord, God’s wanting to speak to you all the time.
Summary: Are you willing to listen to the Holy Spirit? He will provide the answers if you seek Him with a whole heart. Show Notes: • The books you read may be inspired by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will show you something out of that book that you can use. • We go to the Holy Spirit to teach us. There’s been a lot of wonderful things come out of those people who said I don’t have enough. • It’s the attitude of man, he thinks he’s going to find an answer. It is a people that humble themselves before the Lord and receive the Holy Spirit and let Him lead us. Reference: Matthew 16:25 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. Quotes: • As men and women going into the kingdom we are creating this day, this age because we’re willing to humble ourselves. We’re willing to listen. • I think that’s our heart, our intercession for the world is that they would listen. Takeaway: All you have to do is open your eyes and look where the world’s at. Don't blame everybody and everything it doesn’t change the fact of where the world is today.
Summary: How simple is it for you to reveal Christ? The Lord Jesus Christ is in our heart, we are a part of Him. Show Notes: • Christ in us the hope of glory. Christ being our example and the first born of many brethren. • Spend your time before the Lord. You’re carrying the presence of the Lord, and the direction of the Holy Spirit. As you speak, Christ is revealed. • The Lord will help you because you’re stepping outside of human love. You are stepping into divine love. References: Colossians 1:27 “to whom God willed to make known what the wealth of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles is, the mystery that is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” Romans 8:29 “For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.” 1 Peter 4:8 “Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.” Quotes: • Stop talking and just open your heart to listen from that point you just bless them. • The thing we’re all striving for is to come to that place where we can reveal Christ completely. • Love is like a food. You can’t live without it. You have to be receiving it. Takeaways: Talk to them, let them share. Love many times is being a good listener. The love of the Lord, the love from one to another will minister to you, and feed your life.
Summary: Are you ready for a fervent love from those who love you? Open your heart, welcome to the family of God. Show Notes: • The need is for love, follow after love. Be engrossed in it. See that you love one another with a pure heart fervently. • When you read the Book of Titus you have to love young women as sisters and the young men as brothers. • That relationship is very important because that’s where you see Christ in your brother, your sister, that’s where you’re family. The first relationship we have is with the Father. Our second relationship is with one another as brother and sister. References: I Peter 4:8 Fervent love for one another. I Peter 1:22 “Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently.” Titus 2:2-3 Duties of the Older and Younger. Colossians 1:27 “to whom God willed to make known what the wealth of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles is, the mystery that is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” 1 John 3:16 “We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.” 1 Peter 4:8 “Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.” Luke 6:27 “But I say to you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you.” Luke 23:34a But Jesus was saying, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.” Quotes: • Love yourself, love one another. People are looking for honesty and integrity. They have had enough of half-truth half-action. Action speaks louder than words. • Satan is coming in to break up relationships. • I love you, Dale. I thank you and I take it. Love you Allan, I do, I really love you guys. And I love you Ed. We love you guys we do. • What we do is we expand that. Well we’re sitting here holding hands. That’s what Kristi and I do. Everybody opens up to a blessing that comes from a heart of love. Takeaway: That relationship is very important because that’s where you see Christ in your brother, your sister that’s where you’re family. The scripture talks about He laid down His life for us, we ought to lay our lives down for our brethren. That’s a level of love that I want to reach into.
Summary: Can you make His provision yours? The body and blood of His Son gives you the pathway to all He has provided for you. Will you ask? Show Notes: • I want to give three scriptures. The first one is “we have not because we ask not.” The second is "we have not because we ask amiss." The final scripture is, depending on translations, “ask and keep asking, seek and keep seeking, knock and keep knocking." • The Lord’s Prayer taught us to ask, “Give us this day our daily bread.” What is daily bread? Christ said, " I am the bread of life." • Communion is a provision. You are appropriating the body and blood of Christ. Take it as often as you can. References: James 4:3 “You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures.” Matthew 7:7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” Luke 18:1-8 The Unjust Judge. Matthew 6:11 “Give us this day our daily bread.” Matthew 6:35 Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; the one who comes to Me will not be hungry, and the one who believes in Me will never be thirsty.” Matthew 6:10b “]On earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:9 “Our Father, who art in heaven.” Quotes: • Touching and having an experience with the Father and being with Him. Honestly, that is the inheritance for anybody that chooses. • It’s a simple thing. It’s very simple. • In our relating to the Father, it is important that we know the principles, we are not approaching Him as a beggar and there’s a level of persistence. Takeaways: We are to trust the Father; we are to trust Him. At this point I think the balance is rapidly changing and that’s because His nature in us is rapidly changing.
Summary: Why are the feasts celebrated? They are God's plan to bring us closer to Him. Show Notes: • He’s our Passover lamb. Pentecost, we have the Holy Spirit that He promised us. Tabernacles which is the dwelling of God with us. • The Feast of Passover, Pentecost and Tabernacles are times of rejoicing. The feasts are the pattern for us to follow in our redemption. • A great platform for a family to keep the feasts can be very exciting for the kids and adults because they are learning together. • The material you receive from a Jewish Book Store and a synagogue help you a lot. The foundation of the Jewish belief is the family, that is huge. Quotes: • One of the commands was to celebrate the feasts. • I choose every opportunity I have to go to my elder brother (Jewish brother) and say teach me, relate to me, we’re family. Takeaways: When you teach you learn. If you are teaching your children not only are you learning, but you are also retaining more than if you had just studied. When we talk about why we should celebrate the feasts, we have a relationship with the Lord. We have become His chosen people to celebrate the feasts.
Summary: Where is the path of redemption? It is what God wants in your life today. Show Notes: • Christ on the cross, His blood and body opened the door for us to have a relationship with the Father without strings. • We have an actual right to stand in the Father’s presence and to be transformed. • Disconnect, it only takes a half of a second. • My understanding is when God forgives something He throws it in His Sea of forgetfulness, it doesn’t exist anymore. Why would you tell me about something God doesn’t even relate to It doesn’t exist. • It’s a turning to the relationship you have with the Father. References: Psalms 139:23a “Search me, God, and know my heart.” Genesis 3:1 “Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” Philippians 3:13b-14 “forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” II Chronicles 7:12-22 God’s Promise And Warning. I Peter 3:18a “For Christ also died for sins once for all.” Isaiah 35:8b The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. Quotes: • It didn’t take Him forty years of repenting. It does not take that long. He died for all of our sins in three hours. • No one is worthy. That’s the whole point, no one is worthy, and Christ came to make you worthy. Take Away: Do you know who the Father is? Do we know who we are? The reason being, and this is classic, ask somebody, tell me something about your experience.
Summary: Will you answer the trumpet call and come together at God's appointed time? He is calling His family together. Show Notes: • God intends for the whole world to celebrate His presence. The Kingdom of God on the earth is the fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles. • There’s one scripture that ties the Feast into what we believe and its Matthew 5:17. The question of the Feast and the law was presented. “I did not come to abolish the law or the prophets, but I come to fulfill.” • As the kingdom is established on this earth, we live with the Father under the Lordship Jesus Christ. References: Zechariah 14:16-18 16. “ Then it will come about that any who are left of all the nations that came against Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of armies, and to celebrate the Feast of Booths. 17. And it will be that whichever of the families of the earth does not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of armies, there will be no rain on them. 18. And if the family of Egypt does not go up or enter, then no rain will fall on them; it will be the plague with which the Lord strikes the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Booths. This will be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Booths.” Matthew 5:17 “Do not presume that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish, but to fulfill.” Leviticus 23:4-32 The Required Feast. Romans 11:17 “But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive, were grafted in among them and became partaker with them of the [j]rich root of the olive tree.” John 4:22- “You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, because salvation is from the Jews.” Quotes: • God's presence is what Tabernacle is, being with Him. When you’re in the tabernacle you are in the presence of God. • The origination of the Feast started in scripture; it also says that this will be a perpetual feast for all your generations. It never says that they are going to stop. Take Away: As the kingdom is established on this earth we live with the Father under the Lordship Jesus Christ.
