With Charlotte NC on a record pace to have 154 recorded murders on the roll according to Charlotte Mecklenburg police, people are doing their part all over the city. There are many organizations that are working very hard to curb the violence all over the city. So what di Adrian Sundiata mean when he stated, these Charlotte murders is our fault. I agree with him. I feel all black men in this city should feel responsible for our youth killing each other. We should take it very personal. In this episode he tells a story of how an older man stepped in to disciple young brother and changed his life, because he was not afraid. The question we must ask, is how deep is your love? Jeffrey Epstein’s predatory behavior toward young women is horrific. A recent investigation found that he wired $350,000 to two people close to him, federal prosecutors revealed on Friday July 12th. Mr. Epstein, a financier who now faces sex-trafficking charges in New York, was using the money to try to buy the silence of possible witnesses against him, the prosecutors said. Prosecutors have a new tool to help reduce the number of people dying in North Carolina from opioid overdoses, WTVD reports. On Monday, Governor Roy Cooper signed into law the “death by distribution” act. It allows prosecutors to charge drug dealers with second-degree murder. A few days ago I got a chance to watch democracy now and the interview they did about Senator Kamala Harris‘s record as a prosecutor in California there was a law professor name Laura basil and who wrote a piece in the New York Times https://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/17/opinion/kamala-harris-criminal-justice.html titled Kamala Harris was not a progressive prosecutor. Georgia Clark, a Fort Worth Independent School District teacher, has been fired from her position after she shot off several tweets to Donald Trump about alleged illegal immigrants at her school. The Texas school district announced Wednesday that Clark was terminated with a vote of 8-0 by the school board. Blacks are fairing no beter as we have faced inequity in education for centuries.
