This past week Whoop and CrossFit announced a multiyear partnership making Whoop the official wearable of CrossFit.  Sean and Tommy talk with Whoop's Strategic Partnership Manager Mike Lombardi about the origins of the deal, what Whoop is planning on delivering to the CrossFit community and how you can get the most out of your Whoop.

If you combine shooting with functional fitness you would get something that looks like the Tactical Games.  Megan Kennedy is the three-time Tactical Games champion in the women's division.  She joins Sean and Tommy to talk about how she got into the sport, misconceptions about the people who are involved in it and how you can give it a try if you are so inclined.

The individual elite athletes aren't the only ones who will have a chance to compete in the offseason.  CrossFit has licensed two Masters-only events for 2021.  James Newbury is joining the PRVN crew.  Sean and Tommy discuss the move and what it could be signaling about the future how elite athletes prepare for the Games.  Plus, the Semifinals schedule is getting filled in and Crazy Things We Saw This Week.

Max El-Hag is the man behind Training Think Tank and coaches Noah Ohlsen and Travis Mayer.  He recently made news by adding Sara Sigmundsdottir to his stable of athletes.  Sean and Tommy talk to Max about how he got into coaching, the different approaches he takes with his athletes and how he plans on helping Sigmundsdottir get back into contention at the CrossFit Games.

We knew when, now we know where.  The ten semifinal events have finally been announced.  Sean and Tommy talk about the ones that were chosen, why some may have been left out and what it all could mean for the offseason.  Two new Masters divisions are being added for 2021.  Plus another edition of Crazy Things we Saw and the show hits another milestone.

Mat Fraser is calling it a career.  Sean and Tommy reflect on his incredible accomplishments and what his absence means for the men's field in 2021.  The rules for the semifinals have been released.  The guys summarize how that section of the season will work and why they're excited to get this thing going.  Plus, planning on placing a little wager on the Super Bowl?  Tommy has you covered with some expert gambling advice.

You can get Rich but you may die trying.  Despite a change in rules to the Affiliate Cup competition, Rich Froning has once again assembled a super team in Cookeville.  Sean and Tommy discuss the new additions to the squad, why they are within the rules and what it means for the team competition in 2021.  Scott Panchik is going individual this year.  He stops by to talk about that choice, what he learned from training with Rich Froning and what his goals are for the season.
