I said “sure but why?”He told me he was going to video the interview and use it to promote his business. He went on to tell me that he just read this book by Gary Vanerchuck called Crush it and it inspired him to run this interview campaign.  Daily Battle #47: 4 Quick Keys to Knowing Your Numbers | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 563

Some challenges I see with clients and business owner is knowing where their money goes, how much money they make, how much they spend, and the success of their sales and marketing efforts. One of my first business coaches drilled into me by making me doing daily numbers in my business. He had a simple spreadsheet template that tracked revenue, marketing, sales, and retention numbers. Yearly on in our coaching relationship, he ended a call early because I didn’t go through that module. OOPS He told me “Anthony, remember whatever you can measure you can manage.”When I heard him say that a whole new possibility opened up. I went a little overboard as I sometimes do. It was a big revelation, and it taught me how to read my numbers. I still have those spreadsheets till this day and its great to go back and look at them with my current lends. Here are 4 Keys to Knowing Your Numbers:Key 1: Keep It Simple, duh don’t track too much (like this guy)Key 2: Use a Spreadsheet, shareable like Google SheetsKey 3: Pick the 3-5 important numbers you can look at every day and get an idea of is your business is on trackKey 4: Do it Daily Happy tracking

Daily Battle #46: How to write simple systems and dial in your team in 10 minutes a day | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 496

Started working with a new client and one of the challenges they face is being at their bandwidth. What I call “Operational Capacity.”Some of the challenge and residence they face are…”It just takes to long.”“They just don’t know where to start.”“They have done hired in the past but it hasn’t worked out, and it became a bigger burden or one more thing to do.”I get it, I have been there in the past. In fact I in the last few weeks I found myself in that same position. I wanted to expand my VA’s responsibilities, but I found myself resisting and avoiding doing pulling the trigger. I felt like there was so much to do before I even took the first step. List all their new reasonabilities, document what I want to be done, how I want it done, create a way to teach them, etc. It seemed like a lot to do and truthfully I was overwhelmed. But then I had this revelation, "I thought why don’t I handle this like I handle my fitness and daily routine, success swinging singles. If I did that, I could write one system a day and implement it that day."So, here are 4 Keys to write simple systems and dial in your team in less than 10 min a day.Key 1: Pick one Area of your business, i.e., Marketing, Sales, Service, Leadership, and one thing that is broken in one of those areas to fix Key 2: Outline the Current process and what is broken with it. Key 3: Outline the Improved Process Key 4: Share, Teach, and Implement

 Daily Battle #44: A Poem: Walking | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 760

Walking Upon my walking my path will show Even if it’s not my forever path...my permanent path...I will walkAlong the path adversity and victory will cause me to grow. Grow only...if I face both adversity and victory. Because as I walk.my path will be revealed. It’s a matter of choice to take the turn toward my ultimate destination. Keep walking because it’s through walking I am able to see my path. To walk is to learnTo walk is to yearnTo walk is to choose to seeTo walk is to have agency To walk is to be For waking I am free
