Operational capacity is the amount of time and energy you have available to put into your business.It’s time to stop running around like a chicken with your head cut off. The amount capacity you have is directly correlated to the amount of production you can provide. You may need to consider adding additional team members to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Implementing processes and procedures that are effective are important for a successful business. This may require adding new team members in order to raise your operational capacity.Other ways to increase your operational capacity might include integrating technology or creating/improving processes and procedures.
