China's GDP in the third quarter was below the lowest estimate in the forecast range. Second quarter data was revised higher. September industrial production was above the highest estimate in the forecast range, and retail sales growth was near the top of the forecast range. The conclusion is that global demand is helping China's economy alongside some increase in domestic demand.
