Daniel hold four Florida State Certifications:  Termite and Other Wood destroying Organisms – Fumigation – Lawn and Ornamentals – General Household Pests and Rodent Control. He is an Associate Certified Entomologist Emeritus with 41 years of pest management experience. Daniel retired as the Training Coordinator for Florida Pest at the end of December 2017. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Pest Management Association. Although Daniel’s main expertise is in urban entomology, he has a keen interest in other insects, spiders and creepy critters found in the wild places. When not chasing spiders and insects, Daniel and his wife, Yvonne, searches for herpetofauna (reptiles and amphibians) to photograph. Daniel’s insect and herpetofauna photos have been published in several books and magazines.
