In this episode we dive into the steps it took for Michelle to leave a successful career in finance, what it took to gain the education and experience necessary to change career paths, and how she spent her time building her current career in wellness, both as a coach and an author. One of my favorite takeaways from this episode is the idea that we all need to find a space where we can achieve calm, because it is in that space where our ideas can flow freely, and then take action.
