Today Erin from Episode 4 is back and she is breaking down what it took to leave her career in teaching spanning over a decade and reintroducing herself over the last few months as a leader in education. She talks us through how she shared with employers why her skill set was an asset and how it could be applicable in the hospital setting as a Clinical Learning Specialist. We talk through a ton of great tips that had me questioning some of my past job search tactics, and it is awesome!
