Morgan walks us through some of the therapies and approaches he has adopted to address the impact of muscular dystrophy on his golf career. His return to the PGA tour in 2018 has been nothing short of miraculous. As a youth golfer, Morgan Hoffmann won two consecutive New Jersey state championships. Morgan spent two years at Oklahoma State University on their golf team and was ranked as one of the top amateurs in the world in 2009.  D&D Fitness Radio Podcast - Episode 029: Shaping Up for Fall - Pros, Joes and CEOs | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2979

In Episode 029 of the D&D Fitness Radio Podcast, Don and Derek talk about getting into a routine for the Fall after coming off a relatively active or inactive summer break. While we always say that it is easier to stay in shape rather then get back into shape, life can get in the way and disrupt our regular, healthy routines. We also touch on the challenges of professional athletes who – particularly as they age – have more difficulty getting ready for the long regular season. Both the mental and physical challenges can impair the ability to attain a level of performance previously attained by an athlete. How do you stay at the top of your game whether you are a recreational athlete, professional athlete or corporate performer? These and other questions are discussed in depth in this week’s episode. The D&D Fitness Radio podcast is available at the following locations for downloadable audio, including: iTunes – https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/d-d-fitness-radio-podcast/id1331724217https://www.iheart.com/podcast/dd-fitness-radio-28797988/Spreaker.com – https://www.spreaker.com/show/d-and-d-fitness-radios-showYou can reach both Don and Derek at the following locations: Don Saladino: http://www.DonSaladino.com Twitter and Instagram - @DonSaladino YouTube - http://www.youtube.com/donsaladino Derek M.  D&D Fitness Radio Podcast - Episode 025: Calum Von Moger - I'll Be Back | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1806

In Episode 025 of the D&D Fitness Radio Podcast, we are excited to speak with bodybuilding sensation Calum Von Moger on training, competing, acting and rehabilitation. Calum was born in Victoria, Australia in 1990 and eventually started bodybuilding at the age of 14 years. By the time he was 21 years old, he was winning championships and, eventually, won a professional Mr. Universe title in 2015 at the World Fitness Federation Universe event. Since then, Calum has made the jump to movies portraying one of his biggest bodybuilding influences, Arnold Scharzenegger, in the biopic, “Bigger,” about the lives of Ben and Joe Weider. In 2017, Calum also starred in the film, 'Generation Iron 2' on Netflix. We also discuss a few physical setbacks experienced by Calum in recent years that have been consuming much of his time as he works to get his body back to full health. Currently residing in Los Angeles, California, Calum is overseeing his clothing, supplement and on-line training businesses, while performing regular physical therapy for his knee and his left biceps. We discuss the level of dedication and discipline required to get his body back to championship form, while also looking forward to other aspirations including his acting career, social media channels and related businesses. For more information on Calum Von Moger, you can follow him via the links below:Website: https://www.calumvonmoger.com/Clothing Website: http://www.vonmoger.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/calumvonmogerFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/calumvonmogerbodybuilderTwitter: https://twitter.com/ calumvonmogerYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/ calumvonmogerThe D&D Fitness Radio podcast is available at the following locations for downloadable audio, including: iTunes – https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/d-d-fitness-radio-podcast/id1331724217https://www.iheart.com/podcast/dd-fitness-radio-28797988/Spreaker.com – https://www.spreaker.com/show/d-and-d-fitness-radios-showYou can reach both Don and Derek at the following locations: Don Saladino: http://www.DonSaladino.com Twitter and Instagram - @DonSaladino YouTube - http://www.youtube.com/donsaladino Derek M.
