 216 Restore Earth – ASD Gut & Brain Connections – Bush-2 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 52:47

Connections Between Gut, Earth & Brain Improve Treatment Options You carry Mother Earth within you. She is not outside of you. Mother Earth is not just your environment. ~ Nhat Hanh Zach Bush MD, Charlottesville, VA., is one of the few triple board-certified physicians in the country - with expertise in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Metabolism, and Hospice/Palliative care. The breakthrough science that Dr. Bush and his colleagues have delivered through Restore offers profound new insights into human health and longevity. In 2012 he discovered a family of carbon-based redox molecules made by bacteria. He and his team subsequently demonstrated that this cellular communication network functions to compensate for glyphosate, and many other dietary, chemical, and pharmaceutical toxins that disrupt our body's natural defense systems. This exciting discovery provided demonstrable results surprisingly quickly in my office with a very refractory adolescent Autism Spectrum Disordered client, so I called him up to ask him for this interview. Understanding How This discovery als0 resulted in a revolutionary class of dietary supplements, including their product, Restore. Dr. Bush points to his kids as the driving force behind his passion for change. His drive for comprehensive biomedical reform for our collective futures is evident in this evocative episode. His education efforts provide a grassroots foundation from which we can launch change in our legislative decisions, ultimately up-shifting consumer behavior to bring about a radical change in the mega industries of big farming, big pharma, and Western Medicine at large. Listen up to Dr. Bush's global vision for comprehensive, data-driven change. He's quick, smart, entertaining and right on. Personal Note * This CBJ/216 Episode is a replay of a previous interview with a direct relationship to our current Autism Spectrum Disorder recovery series here at CBJ. It should be, even though I can't tell you what to do, mandatory listening. Fasten your seatbelts, Dr. Bush lives both on this earth and in the stratosphere. He provides excellent insights on gut, brain, leaky gut, and the evolution of farming, with associated, significant entropic changes in diet and nutrition that compromise the evolution of humankind. ----------- Websites And Restore Connection * http://zachbushmd.com * http://zachbushmd.com/science-literature/ * PDF Summary - How-To-Use Restore Links: http://corepsych.com/restore * Listen Up - Daniel Schmachtenberger of Neurohacker, a highly esteemed previous guest here at CBJ, interviews Dr. Bush on his excellent podcast here: https://neurohacker.com/gut-health-microbiome-dr-zach-bush-m-d/ * Restore Connections - Where and how in more detail. ---------- Dr. Bush: Essential PDF Download Glyphosate: Root Cause of Inflammation Download Here ------------ Additional Confirmatory Insights From CBJ Guests * CBJ/134 Dr. Seneff on Glyphosate, Autism, and Cancer *

 215 Autism Markers & New Data Targets – Woeller-2 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 49:47

Autism Spectrum Markers: Expert Opinion On Biomedical Testing For ASD You can have data without information, but you cannot have information without data. ~ Daniel Keys Moran Dr. Kurt N. Woeller became a biomedical autism specialist many years ago in 1998. An original Defeat Autism Now! (DAN!) Referral physician, he has years of experience in researching and implementing advanced biomedical interventions based upon autism spectrum markers from laboratory testing, for individuals suffering from autism spectrum challenges. He now works as the Autism Outreach Clinical Director for Great Plains Laboratories in addition to his interesting treatment and training practice linked next. His extensive network of exceedingly helpful educational websites, books and webinars provide parents of individuals on the autism-spectrum, as well as physicians and other healthcare providers treating autism, access to an abundance of valuable information regarding the latest biomedical intervention systems. Ed. Note: This Dr. Woeller interview is the second in this CBJ Autism Series, and republished from our earlier CBJ interview because of its essential value to both parents and professionals on many levels. *Photo by Mark Tegethoff on Unsplash Connections To Understand More About Autism Spectrum Markers Professionals: To engage in direct interaction with Dr. Woeller you can subscribe to his biomedical autism training website at AutismRecoverySystem.com - an in-depth resource for both professionals and parents. Public: You must participate in Dr. Woeller's other recent mentoring program, The Autism Global Summit - AGS - an outstanding group of professionals who team up to discuss biomedical applications and informed, practical understandings in everyday life for those suffering from Spectrum Disorders. Thanks, Dr. Woeller for inviting me as a Guest Speaker on AGS to discuss the almost taboo subject of psychiatric medications for Executive Function and ASD issues for your interested audience at the Autism Global Summit. My uncomplicated point at AGS: If we aim to treat the entire Spectrum, then specific medications can help - if used correctly. The reason for so much medical treatment failure with those trying to treat ASD issues with psych medications is at once simple and complex: overt denial of underlying biomedical impediments that interfere both with meds and supplements. Consider, for example, the pervasive national denial with ubiquitous IgG issues. Because so much of ASD often does involve Executive Function why not put that subject on the table? At AGS I discussed the most pervasive problem in psychiatric diagnosis and treatment today: Cognition, Executive Function Diagnosis,  and Medical Treatment including Biomedical Interventions. Dysregulation of Executive Function with Cognitive Desynchronization does exist beyond the labels and appearances of ADHD. Due to the metabolic challenges with ASD, one must understand the medical parameters and options to intervene as correctly and comprehensively as possible. On A Personal Note I've known Dr. Woeller for many years and find him to be an exceedingly helpful clinician with remarkable translation skills regarding addressing the problematic reality of hard data pro...

 214 Autism & Microbiota Transfer Therapy – Adams | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 45:14

Autism & Fecal Microbiota Transfer Therapy - MTT - FMT - Update James B. Adams, Ph.D., is a President’s Professor at Arizona State University, where he directs the autism/Asperger’s research program, though he originally taught chemical and materials engineering there. Dr. Adams also holds a post at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. He is also the president of the Autism Society of Greater Phoenix, the co-chair of the Autism Research Institute’s scientific advisory committee, and has received the Autism Service Award from the Greater Phoenix chapter of the Autism Society of America. This CBJ/214 reveals a most interesting development in Autism Treatment directly related to gut microbiota and his research with FMTT Fecal Microbiota Transfer Therapy. Must listen! Photo by Artak Petrosyan on Unsplash Reference Details For MTT: Article Abstract Microbiota Transfer Therapy alters gut ecosystem and improves gastrointestinal and autism symptoms: an open-label study. Publication Microbiome - Jan. 23, 2017 Author(s) Dae-Wook Kang, James B. Adams, Ann C. Gregory, Thomas Borody, Lauren Chittick5,15, Alessio Fasano, Alexander Khoruts, Elizabeth Geis, Juan Maldonado, Sharon McDonough-Means, Elena L. Pollard, Simon Roux, Michael J. Sadowsky, Karen Schwarzberg Lipson, Matthew B. Sullivan, J. Gregory Caporaso and Rosa Krajmalnik-Brown Background Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are complex neurobiological disorders that impair social interactions and communication and lead to restricted, repetitive, and stereotyped patterns of behavior, interests, and activities. The causes of these disorders remain poorly understood, but gut microbiota, the 1013 bacteria in the human intestines, have been implicated because children with ASD often suffer gastrointestinal (GI) problems that correlate with ASD severity. Several previous studies have reported abnormal gut bacteria in children with ASD. The gut microbiome-ASD connection has been tested in a mouse model of ASD, where the microbiome was mechanistically linked to abnormal metabolites and behavior. Similarly, a study of children with ASD found that oral non-absorbable antibiotic treatment improved GI and ASD symptoms, albeit temporarily. Here, a small open-label clinical trial evaluated the impact of Microbiota Transfer Therapy (MTT) on gut microbiota composition and GI and ASD symptoms of 18 ASD-diagnosed children. Results MTT involved a 2-week antibiotic treatment, a bowel cleanse, and then an extended fecal microbiota transplant (FMT) using a high initial dose followed by daily and lower maintenance doses for 7–8 weeks. The Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale revealed an approximately 80% reduction of GI symptoms at the end of treatment, including significant improvements in symptoms of constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, and abdominal pain. Conclusions This exploratory, extended-duration treatment protocol thus appears to be a promising approach to alter the gut microbiome and virome and improve GI and behavioral symptoms of ASD. Improvements in GI symptoms, ASD symptoms, and the microbiome all persisted for at least 8 weeks after treatment ended, suggesting a long-term impact. Similarly, clinical assessments showed that behavioral ASD symptoms improved significantly and remained improved 8 weeks after treatment ended. Bacterial and phagedeep sequencing analyses revealed successful partial engraftment of donor microbiota and beneficial changes in the gut environment. Specifically,

212 ADHD Prisoner Education To Prevent Recidivism & Relapse – Battinelli | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 36:30

ADHD, Prisons & The Opiate Epidemic Beth Battinelli Ph.D. reports on her exciting prisoner experiences with prison inmates who have no idea of their brain reality, especially regarding the underlying executive function challenges that led them to poor judgment, impulsivity and breaking the rules. In this CBJ/212 Episode, she talks about a program she developed: The ADHD Project. Her mission for the ADHD Project is to increase ADHD awareness, understanding and recovery for inmates in corrections. It's an educational program that starts with primary brain science education for incarcerated individuals, and by using existing online resources, and it's a cost-effective program to continue upon the individual’s release - for example, CoreBrain Journal's Neuroscience Clubs. She also wants to either start or join inevitable conversations about paradoxical reactions to pharmaceuticals for those incarcerated. The current news about the opioid crisis directly connects to both of these topics. Forewarned and educated is likely to reduce recidivism in this vulnerable, underserved population. Well done, Beth - certainly a worthy project for undeniable difficulties. *Photo by Denny Müller on Unsplash -----------  Connections https://theadhdproject.com/ http://bethbattinelli.com/ --------------- Forward This Audio Message Link To a Friend http://corebrainjournal.com/212 ----------- Thanks Thanks, Dr. Battinelli,  for joining us here at CBJ to review these useful insights for our evolution toward more comprehensive, more targeted, biomedical psychiatry. The current news about the opioid crisis directly connects to both of these topics. Forewarned and educated is likely to reduce recidivism in this vulnerable, underserved population.  Regenerative Biology - Cellular Combinatorial Biologics Ira Pastor - CEO – Bioquark Inc. The biologic regulatory states of our cells, tissues, and organs represent the central control processes behind our health (as well as our unfortunate transition towards disease, degeneration, and aging). His work at Bioquark focuses on these critical biomedical issues. Merging 21st-century knowledge of regenerative biology, evolutionary genomics, and bio-cybernetics, Bioquark’s core program focuses on developing a novel class of substances termed combinatorial biologics, which take a unique approach to reversing underlying disease, degeneration or aging processes, as opposed to only affecting the symptoms of such conditions. His Brief Bio: "Over 30 years of experience across multiple sectors of the pharmaceutical industry including pharmaceutical commercialization, biotech drug development, managed care, distribution, OTC, and retail; Served as VP, Business Development for drug development company Phytomedics Inc., raising $40 million of private equity, consummating over $50 million of licensing deals, and bringing lead drug candidate from discovery stage to Phase III development; Prior to that, employed by SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals working in sales, marketing, and business strategy positions." * Photo:Marco-Secchi-549646-unsplash His Perspective & Background "We currently live on a planet with other organisms that from a health and wellness perspective, are much further advanced than human beings. Many lower organisms can replace lost or damaged organs and tissues that are identical in structure and function to the original, effortlessly regenerating a wide variety of living tissues, including spinal cords, limbs, hearts, eyes, and even parts of their brains. Similarly, many of these same species possess fascinating skills for repairing and reversing the cellular and genetic damage.  Cancer, as an example, is found to be extremely rare in species displaying an efficient regenerative mechanism, even under the action of potent carcinogens. In many cases, when cancer does occur, tumors have been found to remodel and integrate into their surroundings spontaneously, as healthy tissue. Some of these organisms can age, and then return to a youthful state later on in life. Some can even die and be reborn."
