 194 Handwriting Reveals Hidden Personality Traits & Conflicts – Martin | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 33:26

Handwriting Took Mozelle Out of Her Darkness Mozelle Martin is a forensics expert with a specific skill-set regarding not only handwriting analysis - but how to use handwriting practices to encourage changes in underly personality traits. Yes, handwriting awareness and analysis can provide answers to underlying conflicts. Now, this may sound a bit odd - beyond arcane - but in the spirit of diverse information and continuing here at CBJ to consider interesting options that might provide different useful answers I've included this interview. Listen up, her insights are persuasive. Finding Herself Mozelle was adopted at birth and raised as an only child by successful entrepreneurs, yet in an exceedingly toxic childhood environment. Today she is grateful for these experiences because they helped her fine-tune the life she wanted.  Always feeling like "the girl behind the fence" she now appreciates her driven purpose to remain focused on healing and success. Handwriting is but one of her unlocking tools.  After growing up in the forensics field, and serving a short time in the military, Mozelle opened her coaching practice in 1987 and became the first person in modern history to create a personality-changing, brain-based program through using one’s handwriting to change personality characteristics. Since that time, Mozelle's career as a forensic handwriting expert continued to grow rapidly. She then moved into consulting for law enforcement agencies around the world, and regularly serves as a legal consultant and an expert witness. Her Media Experience Throughout her career, Mozelle has been featured on international radio and television programs, and in print media. She has been a consultant for Criminal Minds, has given commentaries to media outlets such as ABC, NBC, Crime Watch Daily, TruTV,  is a former newspaper columnist, and morning shows regular. She is a member of the Mental Health Awareness Coalition and the National Organization for Women and is a Board Member of the Council of Families for Children. Additionally, Mozelle is a Forensic Case Consultant, working closely with her colleague, a retired Federal Agent to assess handwriting meanings. After 14 years of college, Mozelle graduated with a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology, finishing in the top 15% of graduate students worldwide. She also holds a Doctorate in Transcendental Psychology and has worked as a Forensic Mental Health Professional in various correctional facilities across the USA. She currently teaches forensics at a Phoenix-area college and is listed in the Mental Health Professional Referral Network (MHPRN). *Photo by Aaron Burden on Unsplash Additional CBJ Experts on Childhood Trauma * Childhood Trauma & Recovery - http://corebrainjournal.com/191 - Brown * DeEscalate Anger & Trauma - http://corebrainjournal.com/150 - Noll Her Handwriting Websites & Books * Podcast: www.Mozelleology.com * Blog: www.MozelleMartingBlog.com * Detecting Suicidal Thoughts in Handwriting - Martin, 2017 - Global Amazon Link * Criminal Cases of a Forensic Handwriting Expert -...

193 Mental Toughness For Women Leaders – Quy | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 44:58

Mental Toughness For Women - And Men He who conquers others is strong; he who conquers himself is mighty. ~ Lao Tzu LaRae Quy was an FBI counterintelligence and undercover agent who exposed foreign spies and recruited them to work for the U.S. Government. A good FBI counterintelligence investigation uncovers new information about the spy to gain deeper insights into what influences their behavior and attitudes. LaRae’s job was to dig beneath the surface, probe the unknown, and discover their real identity in spite of their obvious attempts at subterfuge. In the process, she ended up knowing more about the foreign spy than they knew about themselves.  LaRae was born and raised on a cattle ranch in Wyoming where she learned many of the survival skills she would need as an FBI agent. After twenty years as an undercover and counterintelligence agent, LaRae became the spokesperson for the FBI in Northern California for four years. Although the job description had changed, she used the same set of communication skills to present both a compelling message and positive image of the FBI. Listen up for deep international applications with down-home street smarts. She Became Tougher Mental toughness is the birthplace of personal leadership development. It is the ability for each person to look inward and find solid ground when the going gets tough. Strong minds identify productive patterns of behavior so they can become successful in areas that are important to them. Once individuals understand their behavioral patterns, they can choose to respond from a place of strength when confronted with risk and uncertainty in unpredictable situations.  192 Mycotoxins & Toxins – Brain Data & Recovery – Woeller | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 29:26

Testing For Mycotoxins From Mold At Any Age Dr. Kurt Woeller has been a biomedical autism specialist since 1998, and in this interesting CBJ Episode, he clarifies the multiple benefits and indications for Mold awareness and Testing for Mycotoxins. This is the second CBJ guest interview with Dr. Woeller after his excellent first discussion regarding biomedical measurement strategies for autism and treatment failure, linked here: CBJ/140 As an original Defeat Autism Now! (DAN!) referral physician, he has years of experience in researching and implementing advanced biomedical interventions for individuals with autism. His extensive network of educational websites, books and webinars provide parents of individuals on the autism-spectrum, as well as physicians and other healthcare providers treating autism, access to an abundance of important information regarding biomedical intervention measurements and treatment strategies. To have direct interaction with Dr. Woeller right away you can subscribe to his biomedical autism website at AutismRecoverySystem.com. There you can post questions in the Parent Forum which Dr. Woeller will answer directly. He is also available for private consultations through his office including phone and Skype (internet) appointments. Dr. Woeller's Training Websites - For Professionals & The Public Toxicity Mastery Course – http://toxicitymasterycourse.com – Connect Now: Starts Monday, March 5 - This is the course we discuss in this interview. The content is designed for health professionals, but it's open to anyone who wants to take it. This CBJ interview highlights the mycotoxin portion of this comprehensive course on toxin challenges. If you don't look you can't see. Integrative Medicine Academy – http://integrativemedicineacademy.com – this is the main website for his various “Mastery” courses. This site provides an overview of each course and in time he plans to add a Reference Directory for practitioners who have taken our courses, and a forum for ongoing QA and case reviews. Autism Mastery Course – http://autismmasterycourse.com – He is currently two weeks into a relaunch of this course. This was our original flagship course we started with a few years ago. Every time I redo the course I update material. This course is also designed for health professionals and open to parents as well. SIBO Mastery Course – http://sibomasterycourse.com – this course will be a next big launch after Toxicity Mastery. This course was originally titled GI Mastery (and some of the information on the webpage still reflects that), but we are rebranding it to give a heavier focus on SIBO. We're planning another Dr. Woeller interview on small intestinal bacterial overgrowth - SIBO - and the effects it has on other conditions, e.g. fatigue, mental health, brain fog, & emotional dysregulation. Autism Recovery System – http://autismrecoverysystem.com – this site was designed to take the place of Autism Action Plan (AAP). AAP is contemporary in content yet built on an older site, so much of the video doesn’t function properly on the newer mobile devices. AAP still exists because people still find it and join, but we are attempting to get people over to Autism Recovery System site because it is more updated and user-friendly. This website is specifically designed for both parents and caregivers with autistic kids who are seeking more information. Diagnostics

 191 Childhood Trauma – Recovery & Mastery – Brown | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 33:45

Childhood Trauma: Tools For Mastery and Recovery Vernon Brown - Reports that when considering childhood trauma: "everyone is looking for the magic key that will unlock their happiness, not realizing that we’ve evaded that key all of our lives. We take it for granted, getting caught up in the minutia of life, failing to stop and smell the roses and appreciate the things that are important to us. I believe your experience truly begins when you make happiness a tangible commodity that is non-negotiable. Why is your happi vital to me? - Because happiness evaded me most of my young life based upon my own childhood trauma. It wasn’t until I reached adulthood that I understood the value of joy, which is somewhat a backward experience. Many people experience the wonders during a childhood of imagination and innocence - and then find that they to lose it as they grow older. Not me. Childhood wonder and innocence was foreign to me from the outset." In this Episode Vernon articulately tell us how he overcame childhood trauma, found internal happiness and uses that discovery process to help others. Vernon's Childhood Trauma Reviewed "Before the age of 10, I’d experienced varying degrees of death, overdose, and abuse in my environment of repeated childhood trauma. I knew my mother loved me but she did not make smart decisions to benefit her family; she was more wrapped up in pursuing what she wanted instead of what we needed. As a result, we moved around a lot. My mother’s lifestyle alienated relationships with family and close friends, forcing us to exist in a silo, isolated from everyone else. It didn’t help that I was an awkward kid, overweight and just out of place. My family circumstances caused people to look down on me. The result? I felt less than, broken and invisible. One pinnacle moment stands out in my memory as a young boy. As the school bus pulled in front of my house to let me off, I noticed all my things from room lying in the street in front of my home. We’d been evicted and now everyone knew it. Everyone laughed at me, and I wanted to disappear. I could not understand what I could have done to deserve this life. I hated myself, not my mom - I hated me. Recovery Perspective - Parenting Matters When you shatter a vase on the floor, it takes time to pick up the pieces and put it together. And, once it is put together, it’s never the same; it’s now more fragile than it was, to begin with. I was that shattered vase. My grandmother was the glue that helped me begin to put pieces together when I moved in with her. She showed me how to be a child, something I’d never really known. My childhood trauma experiences taught me how to observe people, mostly as a defense mechanism to protect myself. My awkward stage extended into adulthood. I did not grow into the person I am today until I turned 20. At that point, I learned that being happy is not something life gives you; you have to seize it for yourself and manage it. Lessons From Pain That’s one of the biggest challenges people face today; some allow others to hold the puppet strings on what makes them happy. I share my story with you because I want you to know that no matter your circumstances, you have the power to claim happiness for yourself. My life experience has not only helped me learn the value of happiness for myself, but it has awakened a passion in me to help others claim that freedom for themselves. I work with everyone I encounter to experience a revision, perception correction regarding their view of themselves. Action Matters I help others move out of crisis mode and more objectively reassess themselv...

188 The Neurobiology of Food Addiction – Leppo | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 47:04

Food Addiction - The Neurobiology of Food A lot of people are afraid of heights. Not me, I'm afraid of widths. ~ Steven Wright Micheal Leppo is a food addiction coach on a mission to address diet, weight loss, and self-management through understanding the neurobiology of food, called the You Will Succeed Program. His program is a 22-week video program that explains, provides coaching, and mentors client’s regarding how to achieve health and life benefits whilst managing food intake. Please note that this program is more than just a weight loss program. It’s a program that is designed to help one live a longer, healthier, more successful life. Personal Notes On Michael "I am a passionate coach who has studied how food (notably processed GMO's, sugar-laden and high carb foods) controls your brain. These fatty foods excite the reward circuit in the brain which in turn release the neurochemical dopamine. Food directly connects with neurobiology. This release of dopamine provides one with a feeling of pleasure on several levels. Eventually, the continued overeating of these types of food desensitizes the feeling of pleasure the dopamine originally provides, which in turn explains in part why one has to eat more and more to regain the feeling of pleasure.  These dopaminergic challenges provide an understanding of why someone cannot eat 'only one cookie.'” His Recovery Process "What I set out to do and have achieved is to re-wire the brain to crave only healthy foods. Now, my brain is 99.999% re-wired only to want foods that help my body/engine run at optimal levels." The direct result of re-wiring his own brain includes: * A loss of over 70 pounds in 7 months * Feeling like I have found the Fountain of Youth. I feel younger, stronger, healthier. * I no longer have any interest in processed, high sugar and carb foods. * I now crave and get excited to have a delicious piece of fruit or salad. * Mentally, I feel like you can put any dessert in front of me and it makes no difference to my resolve. * Mentally, I am so much stronger facing any type of adversity. * I now look forward to exercising & cannot imagine not doing something for my body & mind every day. * I wake up every day feeling like anything is possible. * I feel like I can achieve goals I never thought were possible. *Photo by FOODISM360 on Unsplash Website * www.positivedailyfuel.com ----------- Additional From CBJ Guests On Mind-Body Health * CBJ/109 - Thaik - Vibrant Heart Mind and Body Recovery * CBJ/111 - Hensely - Adrenal Fatigue and Qualia * CBJ/115 - Walsh - Methylation Imbalances & Treatment Failure [Most downloaded CBJ Interview] * CBJ/164 - Lewis et al, Multiple Biomedical Markers - Testing Matters * CBJ/168 - Cooper - Transform Stress Into Success * CBJ/183 - Trenev - Probiotics Improve Mind Treatments * CBJ/184 - Brogaard - ...
