We visited Lakefront Brewery as the first stop on our road trip to Wisconsin. This is one of our favorite tours ever, so we recorded it and put it in our podcast! We talk with brewmasters at Goose Island Clybourn and Revolution Brewpub on the coldest day in the past 20 years in Chicago. Our first episode recorded in front of a live audience of WBEZ members at the Haymarket Pub and Brewery in Chicago's West Loop. Haymarket owner Pete Crowley was our guest. He's also the president of the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild. WBEZ event staffer Don Hall and Tyler Green collaborated with Haymarket to brew a WBEZ beer for the event called The Curious Glass (a Belgian Strong Ale spiced with orange peel and chamomile).
