Summary: In honor of the 11th Festival of Wood and Barrel-Aged Beers (FoBAB) we devote our entire 11th episode to barrel and wood-aged beers. We recorded live at FoBAB on 11/16/2013 at the Bridgeport Art Center in Chicago. We also interviewed Greg Hall on the origins of Goose Island's Bourbon County Stout, Eric and Lauren Salazar on New Belgium Brewing's Lips of Faith series and Van Havig of Gigantic Brewing.
