In the second hour, Ryan switches gears to talk about SF Beer Week with the Executive Director of the Brewers Guild, Brian Stechschulte. The Brewmaster at 21st Amendment , Shaun O'Sullivan, is also in with a growler full of beer to share. Peter Collier of the Oakland Community Gardens breaks up the beer talk to discuss growing hops and what people should be doing right now to have a great vegetable garden this summer. And Ray Johnson, the Assistant Director of the SF Chronicle Wine Competition calls in to talk about next week's tasting event at Fort Mason.

In the first hour, Ryan invites sex and relationship expert Dr. Sadie Allison to sit in and talk about Valentines Day. Yes, it's this Thursday. Then Yigit Pura, another Top Chef alum and owner of Tout Sweet Patisserie at Macy's, joins to the show and talks about treats for the Super Bowl and Valentine's day.

Then Dio Deka's executive chef, Marty Cattaneo, drops by to dispel the myth that Greek food is all about gyros and dolmas. And the Secret Asian Man is in to share the eateries that he thinks are out.

Today on the show, Lee Anne Wong just happens to be in San Francisco and drops by to talk about horse meat found in some hamburger in Ireland.
