Marijuana Radio

Tonight our studio was the place to be. Packed with revelers and the smell of citrus air, we welcomed this year's Harvest Cup winner Jesse on the microphone. Later on Bobby Black from High Times came on to give us the scoop on this year's Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam. Sam Tallent joined us for the Gary Busey update, and Dick Black came on near the end to say hello. This night may have been the best night ever in terms of weed variety in the studio. We always have a good time and tonight was no exception. Michelle came on to tell us about the Cannabis University events coming to Denver. We also went over very many news stories relating to marijuana. Rod and Randy came on the mic to serenade McKenna. If you don't laugh, you need therapy. If you don't laugh, are you out of pot?

Tonight's show can be described as great and having moments that were over the top. The studio once again felt like the cultural epicenter of the movement. We were joined early on by Travis, the master grower who placed 2nd and 3rd in the Harvest Cup for his two strains Pisan Purple Passion and Tangerine. Sam Tallent brought some funny updating us on Gary Busey. The rest of the show we talked about our fun weekend at the Safer's Marijuana Boot Camp and the Harvest Cup.

Pack your bowls for this extra long episode. We started out the night by saying hello to Erik and Stephanie from the stoner flick High Society. Next up we said hello to Mike Carroll, a medical marijuana patient with an amazing story. Later on High Times Senior Cultivation Editor Danny Danko came on the phone to keep us company. Sam Tallent joined us for a bit on the microphone to talk about Celebrity Rehab and Gary Busey. Derek from North Colorado Green Cross also came on the mic and said hello to tell us about the Medical Marijuana Harvest Cup at the Mishawaka. The studio was packed with revelers and hazy with a most lovely smell.

This very special show features a political race between McKenna, DanK and Paul the Producer for President of the station. This show features a debate between these three and their respective running mates, Dick Black, Niles and Jesse! You must tune in to see who won. In perhaps our longest ever radio offering, local activist Tiny cam on the phone to say hello and update us on his political aspirations. CelebStoner's Steve Bloom came on to give us the celebrity gossip. Greg from Front Range Norml also joined us to promote the amazing cannabis cup coming up. Thinking we'd wind up alone for the night, we wound up instead having a studio full of election day revelers. They helped to produce a skunky smell in the studio. There was a very special preshow that was lost because the computer crashed. However, fret not, the regular show may be the longest we've ever done, and should give you the Marijuana Radio fix that you're looking for.

Tonight was off the hook for more reasons than one. We were joined in studio by the host of this year's Cann-A-Ween celebration, and show regular, Dick Black. As well we welcomed some unexpected guests who brought new meaning to the 'marijuana radio' experience, to them we thank you. It was goodieville. Steve Bloom from Celebstoner came on the phone to talk about some scary experiences he's had with police.

Tonight Medicine Man and the Blunted Ones Crew joined us in the studio for some peaceful disobedient fun. One of the Blunted Ones Crew actually puked after trying to endure our warrior studio bong, Chester Molester. But who in their right mind packed it with schwag? Conversely Medicine Man brought some of the greatest ganja in Denver. We discussed Sarah Palin in a rather vulgar manner and we enjoyed good ganja music! Twas Marijuana Radio it was!

Once again we made it through another memorable night. First up we were joined in studio by Brian Vicente from Sensible Colorado to tell us about their activist boot camp coming up. DanK returned just in time to enjoy Pakelika on the phone. The masked pot smoker came on to promote his new album and unique candidacy for president. Steve Bloom joined us on the phone to bring the celebrity gossip. We also talked about poop tonight. Where else will you find such flexibility in your counter culture entertainment? Alas, Marijuana Radio carries on in stride.

We marched through another winner tonight. With Dick Black filling in once again for DanK, we started out and said hello to Eddy Lepp who will be sentenced to prison December 1st. Please write his judge and ask for leniency. Then the one and only Tommy Chong came on and brought the funny. Local Activist Miguel Lopez was in the studio to talk about his experience with a local cop. Near the end Greg from Norml Front Range joined us on the mic to tell us about his special event coming up. This show rocked.

Tonight was excellent and started out with High Times' Bobby Black coming on to say hello. Later we were joined in the studio by Jon and Jean from the Fork Improv Crew and learned that McKenna has a natural ability. Dick Black sat in for Brent tonight and brought the funny. Next comedian Chris Porter of Last Comic Standing came on to say hello. Lovely budtender Sarah Diesel endeared us with her voice and told us about Oaksterdam University! We make art that is extreme civil disobedience. Tonight was no exception. The studio filled with our friends to celebrate DanK's birthday and welcome well known activist Richard Eastman to the program. Later on we welcomed Tom, organizer of the 'real' Million Man March to tell us about his cross country trek on foot. Celebstoner's Steve Bloom came on to liven up the Reefer Report. We also had former prosecutor and health specialist Heather in the studio for what was a very interesting conversation. We rolled through the Reefer Report, and then came back for a historic VIP encore aftershow in which we laughed our silly stoned heads off. The VIP Smoke Room is so worth it.
