Marijuana Radio

Tonight was unique. We started out talking to DJ Slim about his new music coming out. Shortly after, our sales rep Niles touched base from CHAMPS in Vegas. Later on, The Hemp and Cannabis Foundation's Paul Stanford came on and talked about the most interesting hemp facts. A surprise story came to the show when we heard about our friend being held up at gun point for marijuana. The sad shame is there's no recourse when such a crime takes place. There is a gun toting criminal on the loose, and prohibition makes his capture for this unlikely. The criminal ironically left his phone after the crime and his mother was called and told what he did.

Tonight we started out the show by hearing and commenting on Glenn Beck's recent interview with MPP's Rob Kampia. There was no shortage of acrimony for Glenn's total disrespect and lack of professionalism. What better place to set the record straight with full truthful latitude than our program? Next up, Tim from John Doe Radio joined us in the studio for a passionate exchange. Later on Josh from Roots and Harmony came on to offer some grow tips. A studio full of revelers once more shows that pot smokers can have a peaceful time and don't deserve shame or legal threats.

What a night! The show got off to a memorable start when a studio guest accidently broke our beloved bong, Chester, short for Chester Molester. The debate rages on about how to replace it. Dick Black joined us on the mic for a funny time. Later on Dr. Melamede came on to say hello and tell us about cannabinoids. Toward the end, local rap sensations Blunted Ones Crew stopped by to promote their upcoming show, SMOKEOUT PII, this weekend!

Tonight the gang said hello to Gabe Evans who came on to talk about the movie short Killer Weed. Later on, local friends Jon Jon and Jean from Fork Improv came by and brought the funny with them. LIsten to hear McKenna as an old woman with dementia. Paul tried his hand at the improv as well. This was a very vulgar night.

Trudging through another blazed night, we welcomed Rick Simpson on the phone to talk about his cancer cure. Steve Bloom came on from CelebStoner.com to give us the celebrity scoop. Michael Phelps comes up again. The show ended in a laugh riot when we discuss smoking a certain material produced by uncut guys.

This evening love was in the air. The Michael Phelps weed scandal just won't die. We were joined by 1 Ton and Underrated from Potluck to talk about their Stoner Bitch Contest and new album. Add Potluck on Myspace, and then vote for JellyBean to be Stoner Bitch! Later on Russ from the NORML Daily Audio Stash kept us company. Tune in to hear our love letters to each other.

Tonight we smokethed and bakethed away. Right off the bat we got started talking about the Michael Phelps controversy for which Paul the Producer had no shortage of opinion. Hippieman joined us in the studio to enliven the discussion. Johnny 5 of Flobots was a no show so DanK pretended to be him for the interview. Near the end a passionate Dick Black appeared on the microphone.

Carrying on through thick and thin, tonight our friend Get Pony Boy Director Juan Frausto stopped by the studio with his lovely sister Rosa. Later on, the crew briefly addressed some email about the show, and then talked to Chris Stone, Author of Spliffigami. The studio was per tradition full of peaceful revelers.

Through the studio haze, tonight we enjoyed an interview with rapper Devin the Dude. Tiny, Organizer of the local Million Man Marijuana March, came in to talk to us about fundraisers he's throwing to support this event. The regular show parts are there. Tonight talk radio rules as we first welcomed (Hed) pe frontman Jared on the phone for an interesting conversation and to announce the release of their new album. Steve Bloom came on for a fun CelebStoner update. Local SaferChoice trailblazer Mason Tvert joined us in the studio for a very stimulating conversation. The oracle says to blaze and spread the word of this fine show to your pot loving friends.

Tonight we welcomed Angela Aspen and Pornstar Jake into the studio for quite an interesting time. Despite Paul the Producer's feeble attempts to tie the topic back to marijuana, the conversation was an adult run away train. Many of the regular show segments are there. Rod and Randy came on to ask us about our new year's resolutions. Happy Birthday Jaybee, and thanks to our Texan friends who made it out the last two weeks to join us during the show!

Tonight we broadcasted our final episode of 2008. Sitting in for DanK who was out on comic duty, Dick Black heartily brought the funny. DanK came on the phone to say hello. Roger the intern and Sam 'Danger' Talent entertained us with a quiz during the show. CelebStoner's Steve Bloom came on to wrap about the year's top stoner celebrities and top celebrity busts. The studio was full of enthusiastic revelers surrounded by Colorado's finest bud.

Here's a Christmas treat for our fellow stoners who thought they would miss the show this week. We recorded a wild one that sounds more like the free for all heard in the aftershows. We recap our night seeing Cheech and Chong light up America. We pull a ridiculous prank that wound up being pretty funny. Paul the Producer was baked in this one. Listen for the big time laughs. Stronger than ever, tonight we pioneered our own personal milestone by doing the 100th episode of Marijuana Radio. The studio was once again packed with the best bud in the state and folks enjoying the yule tide festivities. Starting out, Rod and Randy did a humorous dark diddle about a love triangle. After that, Kottonmouth King's veteran Daddy X came on the phone to catch up with us. CelebStoner's Steve Bloom said hello and indulged in some celeb gossip for the ages. Enjoy a few clips from past episodes including Adrianne Curry, Tommy Chong and Congressman Barney Frank. Comedian Ben Kronberg called in to say hello from Los Angeles during which Paul and DanK got into a hostile screaming match. Moments later came a surprise that brought the party back to happy happy joy joy!
