Kevin Smith has made another film and it is hilarious. Maybe not quite as biting of social commentary as Clerks was, but sillier and more fun in a lot of ways. This is maybe my favorite movie of the year so far.
Kelly and Dylan still struggle to figure out what is going on between them. Brandon figures out that his girlfriend is a racist. Andrea figures out that Cameron has a crush on her. And we all figure out that David can't sing.
Jesse from Saved By the Bell (Elizabeth Berkely) takes it all of in this Paul Verhoeven film that is...it's crap. Man, it is just an awful film. Plus we talk about the X-Files and the Million Man March.
Brenda's cheating, Dylan's cheating, Superman is cheating on Lois. There's a lot going on here and we haven't even touched on the fact that Brandon's girlfriend thinks that homeless people are gross.
The O.J. verdict has us up in arms, or down in feet? Also we watch Nichole Kidman in To Die For.
Donna is becoming a model, David is becoming a mac daddy, Brandon is becoming a cock-block, and Brenda is becoming a cuckold. Or, as a cheesy announcer would say: things are heating up for the summer, but can Dylan handle Kelly's wet, hot, dripping...sexuality?
Today instead of seeing a movie we decide to talk about some music that we love on the Billboard hot 100. Comedown by Bush, Can't Cry Amymore by Sheryl Crow, Misery by Soul Asylum, and Kiss by the Rose by Seal. If you hate this, don't worry we will be back to normal next week. If you love it...I mean, maybe we will do something like this next year.
Brenda and Donna are in Paris but all Donna can think about is David and eating brains, but she's not a zombie.
Today it's Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman in Seven. A fantastic film by David Fincher. Usually I try to make these things funny, but you know what isn't funny? Brad Pitt's abs. Maybe not a sin, but talk about deadly.
Brandon and Steve date twins, Jim (Dylan's Trustee) says he's going to freeze Dylan's accounts unless he makes Brenda leave, and Brenda goes on a really big trip. Guess the title really captured the episode.
Some nobody named Jeremy Renner stars in this extremely unfunny comedy about what it would be like if Animal House was updated for the 90s, put on the road, and populated by unfunny actors with an unfunny script. The results are pure movie magic.
Brenda and Dylan sneak around after Jim forbids that they see each other. I mean, what did you expect, Jim? You idiot. This is all your fault too, and you're losing your little girl forever. Cindy has very little to say.
Who is Wong Foo? Why is Julie Newmar part of this movie? Do Patrick Swayze and Wesley Snipes look good in dresses? Will the mid-west ever accept drag queens? None of these questions answered by us. It's still a good episode though.
Brenda and Dylan deal with the aftermath of being caught lying, Kelly's mom gets married, Jim freaks out. All in all, it's a pretty interesting season finale.
We talk Jack Kevorkian, the mistake by the lake being allowed to host the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and somehow the worst thing we experienced was the Christopher Walken movie The Prophecy.
