What does it mean to have a transformed life? Transformation is about change, metamorphosis, and alteration. There are millions of people who are hurting and need an intervention into their lives. Should the intervention take the form of a treatment program or something that can lead to a radical transformation that changes them forever? Joining me today to discuss changed lives is Nancy Alcorn. Nancy is the founder of Mercy Ministries rebranded as Mercy Multiplied. Mercy Multiplied is a Christian nonprofit for troubled young women between the ages of 13-32. Colin Kaepernick, a former San Francisco 49ers quarterback, is back in the news after having settled a multimillion-dollar collusion case with the National Football League. It all started in 2016 when Kaepernick set off a firestorm by kneeling during the National Anthem. Settling the case has ignited speculation he may soon sign with the New England Patriots or the Carolina Panthers. Burgess Owens joins me to discuss these matters and much more. Burgess is a former National Football league player for the New York Jets and the Oakland Raiders. He now serves as the executive director of One Heart Project Utah. The Democratic Socialists of America are on the rise. We now have several in Congress, including the famed Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, and Bernie Sanders. These members of Congress hope to remake America in their ideal of what a fully socialists country would look like.  Never mind that socialism has failed around the world, most recently in Venezuela. The socialists believe that socialism is the cure for poverty, inequality, and injustice. Joining me today to make sense of the nonsense is Dr. Ming Wang. Dr. Wang lived through the cultural revolution in China and is a fierce opponent of socialism and communism. Dr. Wang lived through the cultural revolution in China before coming to America. He is the founding director of the Wang Vision 3D Cataract and LASIK Center in Nashville. He is also an honors graduate of Harvard Medical School and MIT and has a doctorate in laser physics. Conservative students across America attend colleges and universities where freedom of speech is no longer an institutional value. Censorship and political correctness dominate the institutional values of many secular and religious institutions. As a consequence, conservative students often find themselves marginalized and disrespected on campus.  Fortunately, many of them survive the hostile environment and are positioned to advise others on how to navigate treacherous waters. Joining me to discuss these issues is Danielle D’ Souza Gill. Danielle is an author, activist, and patriot. She is also the daughter of filmmaker, author, and political commentator Dinesh D’ Souza. Danielle is a millennial whose wisdom far exceeds her years. America has blood on its hands. Like North Korea and China, America is coming dangerously close to becoming a society that tolerates third trimester abortions and infanticide of infants who survive the abortion process. Governor Andrew Cuomo sparked a national debate when New York State passed the most liberal abortion law in the nation allowing the termination of full-term babies under certain circumstance. When it looked as if things could not get worse, Governor Ralph Northam of Virginia, a former pediatrics doctor, made the heinous comment that a baby born alive “would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.” Wow! Joining me today to discuss abortions is Dr. Kelly Victory.  Dr. Victory is the President and founder of Victory Health. She is a physician, cowgirl, and a consultant dedicated to improving America’s healthcare system. For Further Insight: Website: http://kellyvictorymd.blogspot.com/

America’s educational system is broken and mired in politics. Black and Hispanic children are among the ones hurt the most, especially those in urban centers. Home schooling and school choice should be viable options for the urban poor. Under President Bush, the District of Columbia had an opportunity scholarship program that gave urban parents choice. Although students achieved considerable success, President Obama who was beholden to teachers’ unions ended the program to the detriment of the students. Marie Stroughter, a conservative black activist and home schooling mom, share her views about what can be done to restore choice to black families and others who suffer from limited educational opportunities. Our destinies as Americans are intertwined. When Black America sneezes, White America gets a cold. In this episode, we discuss the formation of the Congressional Black Caucus and the NACCP and their connection to the hopelessness and misery found in many black communities. My guest, Burgess Owens, a former NFL player for the Jets and Oakland Raiders explains "It's Not White Supremacists, It's Black Elitist". In fact, one could argue that black political power, as exercised by current Democratic Party leaders, has had a negative impact on the flourishing of black communities while the leaders have enriched themselves by benefiting from private and public largesse.  For Further Insight: Burgess Owens Website: http://burgessowenstalks.com/ Follow on Twitter: https://twitter.com/BurgessOwens Article about the Congressional Black Caucus: https://thewashingtonstandard.com/the-new-crooked-congressional-black-caucus/ Burgess Owens Books: Why I Stand (2018) and Liberalism or How to Turn Good Men into Whiners, Weenies and Whimps (2016)

We often read food labels before purchasing food products. We do this because we care about the health and safety of our families. What about the drugs in our medicine cabinets? Millions of Americans are taking drugs made in China that lack the Food and Drug Administration safety inspections we take for granted in America. Joining me today to discuss this critical issue is Rosemary Gibson, a senior advisor with the Hastings Center, a bio-ethics research institute. Gibson and Janardan P. Singh are co-authors of China RX: Exposing the Risks of America’s Dependence on China for Medicine. Many Christian parents are concerned about what experiences await their child on a college campus and whether the child’s faith will survive the planned indoctrination of a secular campus. In this show, I interview a University of Tennessee junior who survived the cultural shock of orientation week and the indoctrination efforts of the first year of classes. My guest is Jack Huddleston, a conservative Republican, who discusses his experience and his recent decision to run for student body president as the only conservative in the race. MORE ON DR. Every American should have an interest in healthcare reform. Rising costs, lowered quality of care, escalating insurance premiums, and restricted choices hurts everyone. In this show, we discuss options and a pending merger between CVS Pharmacies and Aetna Insurance Company. If this merger is approved, it could dramatically restrict healthcare options for millions of people and drive up costs. Joining me today to discuss these issues is Dr. Kenneth A. America has a healthcare crisis few people truly understand. Our system has legal kickbacks and racketeering that would make some criminals blush. People are dying because of greedy suppliers and middlemen.  One aspect of the problem is the high cost of prescription drugs which lead President Trump to complain that drug companies are getting away with murder. Senator Bernie Sanders agrees with President Trump. Sanders has complained about the rising costs and the fact that 1 in 5 Americans cannot afford to get their prescriptions filled. This crisis affect people at every income stage. Joining me to discuss the issue is Dr. Karladine Graves, a family practitioner from Kansas City, Missouri. Karladine is working with other doctors to lower healthcare costs. There’s a lot of hate in America. In recent years, the targets have included Catholics, evangelical Christians, and pro-family organizations. These groups have a common adversary in the form of the Southern Poverty Law Center. The hate equates traditional Christianity with neo-Nazis, the KKK, and the Aryan nations. There is also the false narrative about President Trump and his evangelical white supporters as people motivated by hate. Joining me to discuss the current climate in America is Larry Tomczak. Larry, a cultural commentator, is a regular columnist for Charisma News, a board member of Intercessors for America, and an advisor for Liberty Counsel. The link to his book is just below. In BULLSEYE, author Larry Tomczak is issuing a challenge to people of all ages to become informed influencers in today’s changing culture. Investing 15 minutes for 30 days, individuals can hit the mark by understanding and communicating confidently on the controversial issues of our day. Increasingly, large corporations such as Target, Home Depot, Starbucks, Facebook, Twitter, Google and others have become involved in actively involved in using corporate profits to influence the morals and direction of our nation as more corporate leaders become social justice warriors. Is there anything we can do about this? David Black says yes and he has proven it by the creation of an organization called 2nd vote. 2nd vote is a legal means for 'We the People' to hold corporations accountable in the same manner we hold politicians accountable if they fail to do what they promised. David Black is a scientist, a successful entrepreneur, and the husband of Representative Diane Black. In 2013, David launched a new non-profit organization to serve as a watch dog for Corporate America. President Trump’s outreach to blacks seems to be yielding some unexpected results. We are witnessing a divide between black men and women when it comes to candidate preferences. In Texas, Ted Cruz got 17 percent of the black male vote and Brian Kemp of Georgia got 11 percent even though his opponent was a black gubernatorial candidate who came close to winning. What is going on? Joining me today to make sense of what is happening is George Farrell. George is the co-Founder of Blak Pac, an organization founded in 2015 to help elect conservative minority candidates. Help me welcome George Farrell to the Be the People Show on the America Out Loud Talk Radio Network. What happened in the midterm elections is far from a disaster. In fact, it might be a blessing in disguise for President Trump. Amidst almost non-stop negative media coverage, the President has solidified his power in the Senate and he is positioned to benefit from the divided government that lies ahead. I discuss the election and more with my special guests, Nancy Schultz and Pastor Stephen Broden.   Nancy Schultz is the Founder of Women Impacting America, the Republican Congressional Wives Speakers Club, and co-founder of the Congressional Prayer Caucus wives council and the American Prayer initiative. She is also the wife of nine-term former Congressman Dick Schultz of PA.  Pastor Stephen Broden, is the Senior Pastor at Fairpark Bible Fellowship, co-founder of the National Black Pro-Life Coalition, and President and Founder of Protect Life and Marriage in Texas.
