 Mid-Week Motivation - Please don't waste your time | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:07:39

Time is the number one commodity in our lives. Once you spend it you can never get it back. In fact it's been said that even the richest people in the world can't even buy yesterday. It's commodity that is being spent constantly, whether you want to spend it or not. So if you do nothing, you've still spent the time. I see so many people waiting around for things that just never come to them. Life doesn't wait for you, you have to go out and get whatever it is that will make you happy. Here are just some of my thoughts on being happy and how to avoid wasting your time.  See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

There's some great quotes in here about being a woman and taking on the world. We did this interview with no prep, no pre-questions, just rolled into it. I am very happy with way it flowed and the messages that came out for people listening. Enjoy the podcast.  See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

This week I interviewed Designer, Daniel Borg from psyborg®. A little about Daniel psyborg® had its beginning in 2002, when Daniel was plugging away as an engineer. He wasn’t having enough fun and the internet was just starting to take off, so Daniel got into Graphic Design as a way to bring more creativity into his work. The turning point came in 2006 when he won a National Design Award for the agency he was working for. So he let psyborg® off the leash and has since completed over 1600 projects for a diverse range of international, national and local clients. Episode 14- Kate Hendry - Young, Dynamic and Chasing a Dream This week's guest is a young woman really chasing a dream. I have been coaching Kate Hendry and couldn't wait to share her story with you. This is a different perspective to those people that are already established in their journey. Kate's journey has just begun. BIO: With her swift rise in the industry over the past twelve months, Kate Foxx has been hard at work earning her reputation as an energetic and driven talent – showing no signs of slowly down.  Episode 12 - Steve Wakelam- Surviving and Thriving is an Attitude | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:42:08

Episode 12 - Steve Wakelam- Surviving and Thriving is an Attitude This week I sat down with Steve Wakelam. A motivated personal Trainer, Health and Fitness Advocate and Cancer Survivor. One day, after not feeling 100%, he reported to a doctor and then to hospital for tests and found that he was riddled with cancer. Overnight he lost everything that was important to him; his health, his business and started a fight for survival. This is not a survivor story though. This is a story of a positive attitude, a story of thriving in the face of adversity. Take a listen and see just how Steve defied doctors orders and rebuilt his body and his health after dropping 20kg's through chemo and radiation therapy.
