A serial entrepreneur, Anoop previously founded Lux Auto Detailing, a full mobile auto detailing service. He also dealt used tires and wheels for a period and very quickly became familiar with determining the good from the bad, while researching how they could be recycled and reused. These endeavors would set the groundwork for Zohr’s eventual mobile tire service and replacement offerings. Anoop began his career working in his family’s restaurant business. Learning the ins and outs of the restaurant industry, Anoop would go on to manage all online presence including social media management, website upkeep, advertising, SEO, and catering event management. Kimberly Caccavo is co-founder and former CEO of  GRACEDBYGRIT, the women’s apparel brand. She brought technology and business experience to the company; she received her BS in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley and an MBA from UCLA. Kimberly has had a rich and varied career during which she designed metals used in the space shuttle; did research on ceramic heat engines; ran a telephone directory business; helped privatize a Latin American phone company; started a cable company; worked in Hollywood, and had her own consultancy helping to launch businesses.  Kate Nowlan is co-founder of the women’s apparel brand GRACEDBYGRIT. She brought coaching experience and product knowledge specific to female athletes to the company. She received her BA in Sociology and Psychology from UMass Amherst. As an entrepreneur, she also owned her own company organizing small businesses and homes. She launched, coached, and grew a youth and masters swim program, was an executive for a nonprofit in which she planned and ran events, coordinated fundraisers, ran the day-to-day office operations, and launched new revenue-driving community programs.
