Spend some time with hosts and Olympians Cheryl Haworth and Chad Vaughn as they interview the athletes and coaches you want to hear and learn from, and review the competitions you want to know about. You will be able to draw inspiration and motivation from their collective personal stories and experiences, as well as always leave with at least a few immediately applicable tips from content that will range from training to technique to competition readiness and strategies. When it comes down to it, many athletes don’t realize the aspects of the squat that need to be paid attention to, developed, and perfected for best carryover into their snatch and clean and jerk. Dr. Aaron Horschig, from Squat University will be joining us today to help fill you in. Aaron is a doctor in Physical Therapy, as well as author of The Squat Bible and 6th-place finisher in the 2011 Senior Nationals.
