This is the second in a 2-part series uncovering the facts surrounding IPV, victim issues, and offender interventions. Glenna Tinney, DCSW is a consultant in IPV and April Gerlock is a psychiatric nurse practitioner -- both women have extensive field experience that makes their exchanges genuine and immediate. IPV shows behaviors including physical violence, but also coercive control, threatening behavior and stalking too.
