Liverpool England-based ultrarunner Rob Pope made headlines in 2016 when, over the course of 422 days and 15, 621 miles, he recreated the run made famous in the movie Forrest Gump…and along the way discovered a lot about America, both good and bad. And now he’s told his story in his new book, “Becoming Forrest: One Man’s Epic Run Across America”…and after a short chat with him last week, we decided we needed to have him back on to dig even deeper into the story!

And that’s explored in the new A&E two-part special “The Torso Killer Confessions”…and the man who got Cottingham to confess, former Bergen County NJ Chief of Detectives Robert Anzilotti, stopped by the show this morning to tell us about the man who could be one of the most prolific serial criminals of all time. 

Ryan Graves is a former Navy pilot who made headlines as the first active duty military pilot who went public in a big way about the influx of UAPs (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) being spotted by Navy pilots in 2014…and now he’s trying to separate the fact from the fiction on his podcast “Merged”…openly talking with pilots and scientists, trying to explain the unexplainable. And while the world is all up in arms about “Chinese weather balloons”, Ryan thinks there are much bigger things we should worry about!

But, meanwhile, we caught up with him this morning to talk the golden days of wrasslin' and what the future has in store!!

Our friend Josh Blue is one of our favorite people, and one of the funniest people we know. And whenever he stops by the studio when he's in KC, we know it's gonna be hilarious...but as we've known each other for so long, what would normally be an "interview", just turns into hanging out with our friend...and that's what today was. We caught up with him this morning and found out even more!!

And now back with the season finale of the FOX reality series, "Special Forces: World Toughest Test"
