Elsie tries to amplify goodness and kindness in the podcasting community and Jess is less than enthusiastic. We finally finish with some new software and hardware that are the coolest things ever!

From the Sound Education Conference to DC Podfest (and did any of you tell Jess that you love Elsie because if you did you need to send in feedback) and OMG Apple’s holiday hours (don’t freak out,) the Women Podcasters in Solidarity initiative, blog and meet-up success, 40k for podcasters and so much more!
We did try to convince Jess not to get lash extensions because she’s going to Harvard, not sure it worked, which catapulted us into a conversation (once again) into getting kicked out of Apple Podcasts. Then, we break down misinformation and confusion about podcasting education and finally diving into the iHeartRadio Podcast Awards which feel like they are the Christopher Columbus of podcasting, coming into the scene, saying it’s ours now and we’re left dazed and confused.
