Stu De Haan is legal counsel for The Satanic Temple in their Arkansas and Scottsdale, AZ lawsuits. In Arkansas, TST is suing over the erection of a 10 commandments monument on the state capitol grounds. In Scottsdale they are suing for discrimination based on the city denying them to give an invocation at a city council meeting in 2016.
