There's more to Christianity than going to Heaven! There's a purpose for our time here on earth serving God. Let's ask Him to show us our purpose for Him before we're called Home, so that we may live in His will between now and Heaven.

Prayer is the front lines of the believer's battle field! And the best way we can fight in spiritual battles for ourselves or others, is by simply standing against the enemy through prayer. It keeps our focus on God and what He's doing in and around us on the battlegrounds.

Because God has chosen us to be part of His family, that sets us apart from everyone else. So we ought to live in such a way that our life reflects the work that Christ did for us on the cross, and what He continues to do in our life!

Our true value was demonstrated when God chose us to be His children! Once we understand our unconditional worth and value from God, we can respond by praising and appreciating Him for all He’s done. Then we can help others find their same God-given value.

Jesus said that laying up treasures here on earth is futile, because they'll inevitably be destroyed in one way or another. Instead, we should focus on investing in eternal treasures, like God's work to save other people!

There are things in our lives that've taken such deep root that God wants to dig up, but we have to be willing to let go. So the question is, will we allow the Holy Spirit to not just clip off the ends of the weeds, but to dig them up by the roots and get them out of our life?

Even when we're caught off guard by circumstances in our lives, God's never surprised by what happens. He knows what's going on and has promised that, as His children, we're under His care, and ultimately, we're bound for our eternal home in Heaven.

When He carried the cross to His own crucifixion, Jesus led us to the place of forgiveness. He didn't see His death as an inconvenience to Himself, but rather willingly accepted it in order to save us. Are we willing to take the lead - no matter how inconvenient - in order to save others, especially the unborn?

Jesus was the perfect servant leader. His example is there now for us to model how to serve anyone and everyone, preparing them as they grow spiritually to do the same - disciples making disciples!

Just as we grow and mature in our physical life, believers should be growing and maturing spiritually. The things that we’re learning need to be applied to our lives, so that we can then teach others, which in turn helps them grow in relationship with God!

For believers, Heaven's our true home, but those who don't believe won't enter. Instead of wasting time on earth, we must believe, and then do the work God asks of us while we still can!

Prayer not only is our way to have conversations with our creator, but it's also a means of protecting ourselves and others from attacks of the enemy. God's also given us truth in Scripture as a weapon to use against the lies that the enemy uses to distract us, and so we must fight back, all the while praying for protection.

No matter what kind of father we've had on earth, God loves us as His own child and wants a personal relationship with us. He loves us enough to have sent His own Son to die so that we could have that relationship - personal and intimate enough to call Him “Daddy".

Without God working in us, we're all bound to a life of sin and consequences that could’ve been avoided had we heeded wise instruction from Scripture. Rather than living childish lives that run after the pleasures of the world, let's submit to God and allow Him to change us from the inside out!

Would we act or think differently if someone could see us and know our thoughts? God can. He sees us and knows our thoughts. As believers, He wants to be able to trust us. So let's not put on a show to look good, but truly live out a life pleasing to God!
