  In August of 1993, Rob was paralyzed from the chest down as the result of a body surfing injury. At 21 years old, he was confronted with major life questions and decisions. How do the obstacles in my life affect me? Can I succeed in spite of personal limitations? What makes life meaningful? Rob took these questions to heart and began his work to develop a full and meaningful life.   "You are responsible for your own life. The circumstances around you are things that may or may not change, it's your job to find the positive and relish that."   Since his injury, Rob has accomplished what he sees as "everyone's goals". He went on to to complete his education with a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, followed by a Masters from Duquesne University. Rob married "the most wonderful woman in the world" and they have 7 year old triplets. (Everyone's goal might not be triplets, but the goal of marriage and having a family is pretty universal.) Today he is working full time.   "We all have goals, we all have obstacles, we need to assess which will win in each of our lives. If you want to accomplish your goals, you're going to have to deal with the obstacles, but not be overcome by them."

Anthony is a bootstrap, serial entrepreneur. He is the CEO of several successful companies and has served as a mentor to many start-ups, taking them from idea stage to revenue producing reality.   Anthony has spoken across the U.S. about the importance of entrepreneurship at various events. He presented a keynote at the Future of Entrepreneurship Education Summit in Washington D.C. last year.  In 2010, he self-published Kids in Business Around the World, a book that teaches children ages 8-12 how to start their own business.  Kids in Business Around the World is currently sold via Barnes and Noble.com, Amazon, Costco, Toys R Us, and other nationwide retailers.  In 2012 he launched the E2 petition promoting the entrepreneurship as core curriculum in grades 4-12, the first petition of its kind.  He mentors many on his Facebook community page Entrepreneurship w/ Anthony Delmedico, with personal story-sharing has enabled many others to get started and/or keep them going.

  She enjoys working with people who are tired of trying every marketing method under the sun, consuming tons of infoproducts and yet they’re not making the money they know they could be making. Esther is also the publisher The Weekly Kiss, an online magazine (e-zine) for small business owners.   While living in Europe, for seven years, Esther has regularly participated in the business growth and strategy sessions of a family owned group of companies with international holdings ranging from hotels & restaurants to shipping and trading companies. The demands of having to contribute to the simultaneous growth and expansion of several businesses (that are located in a multitude of countries and are owned and managed by only a handful of people) gave Esther the experience and skills to spot time saving and additional money making opportunities in small businesses in a variety of industries.   A graduate of both the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and Webster University’s Business School, Esther enjoys combining her performing skills and business savvy. Always committed to excellence and extreme diligence, in addition to graduating Magna cum Laude, Esther was the only one in her class to graduate with special honors from the University’s business department.   Going back to her roots (creating a solid foundation for growth in business), Esther combines it with working with entrepreneurs with big dreams. It is our greatest pleasure to welcome to the show, "Sirius" movie Producer, J.D. Seraphine!   J.D. grew up in "the thick of the entertainment world" from a young age touring on the road with his father, Danny Seraphine, founding drummer of the hit band, Chicago. The focus of his life has always been to make a positive difference, however that has changed from working in a broad range of different interests including politics, business, and entertainment; to raising 3 young children and following a new clear direction: to produce socially and commercially viable entertainment properties.   He has spent the last 7 years working in many facets of media production and media project financing. His resume includes Production Management and Coordination on large budget commercials for many companies including Nike and Apple to name a few. On theatrical feature films, J.D. has consulted a number of companies and projects regarding project finance and financial structure. He also raised funding for numerous projects, including Hesher, starring Natalie Portman and Joseph Gordon-Levitt and the Tony nominated Broadway hit play, Rock of Ages, which Warner Bros has recently adapted into a $60 Million Feature Film starring Tom Cruise.   Most recently, J.D. teamed up with Amardeep Kaleka to Produce the feature length documentary entitled "Sirius", which is currently slated for release in the Spring of 2013.

Awarded – the official ‘Queen of the Underground’ of London Underground’s licensed buskers, described by The Observer as a ‘prodigy’, Hadar’s self-released debut album ‘Crossing London’ follows her journey busking through Europe from the foot of the Judas mountains all the way to Glastonbury Festival where she was a finalist in the Emerging Talent Contest and went on to play at both the BBC Introducing Stage and Michael Eavis’ press launch to open the festival.   Hadar has collaborated with award winning producer Youth, DJ & Mixer Sandy Riviera, and modern Klezmer wizards Oi Va Voi. Worked on soundtrack for Veils, independent short film with Maureen Lipman & awards winning film ‘I’m Not An Accent’.   Previous TV performances include ITV’s ‘South Bank Show’.
