On this show we'll discuss the retirement of David Souter from the Supreme Court and what the future might hold. At the forefront of everyone's mind these days is the possibility of Obama figuring out a way to put the squeeze on gun owners, so we'll also discuss the future of the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution.
Leading Republicans have formed a new group in order to have a "dialogue" with America about where they want this country to go. Their five policy planks are: National Defense, Energy, Economy, Education, and Health Care. Can you guess which of these planks are unconstitutional? We'll also talk about the resignation of Justice Souter and what kind of replacement we might see from Obama, as well as Warren Buffett's recent comments on the economy.
This will be our very first show, so it may actually be more funny than serious. We'll be testing things out for a few minutes, then we'll get into the issues of the day. We'll probably touch on the Gitmo situation, Obama's first 100 days, and the state of the economy.
