In George W. Bush fashion, Obama has nominated an inexperienced person to serve on the Supreme Court. We'll talk about Elena Kagan and her experience, or lack thereof. We'll also discuss the possible antitrust case the feds may file against Apple for not using Adobe Flash on the Ipad. Last but not least, we'll cover what happened on Cinco de Mayo with the kids who got sent home for wearing American flags on their tshirts.

As far back as 1994, there was a plan on the books to have fire booms ready to respond should a disaster like we see now in the Gulf happen. We'll discuss how the government performed this 16 year old plan. We'll also talk about the new revelation that the government may have been responsible for the lead up to the Kent State Massacre (surprise, surprise). Lastly, we'll talk about yet another video that has surfaced showing Michelle Obama calling her husband a Kenyan. Birthers aren't looking so crazy now, are they?

Looks like the government's case against the Hutaree militia is falling apart. Could this be one of the 10% of cases the government loses? There's also a dog and pony show going on at the UN Nuclear Conference, especially between the US and Iran. Does the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty actually mean anything? Does it matter? We'll also talk a bit about the New York City SUV Bomber.

That's right, Mayor Daley thinks more gun control will solve the city's crime problem. After all, criminals abide by all gun laws, right? Others in the city want to call in the national guard. We'll also talk about the Arizona immigration bill and decide whether it's a good idea or bad idea.

Today we'll be interviewing Keith Miller, a fellow Blogtalkradio host who is currently going through quite an ordeal with the government. If you ever thought the government cares about you, think again. Keith has been maligned in the press, harassed by goons from the Small Business Administration's Office of Inspector General, and his rights have been violated. He'll share what he learned about this strange agency and the abuses they have meted out to other Americans as well.

Obama's financial reform proposal is basically going to ensure that people will not be encouraged to make wise investment decisions because the government will "protect" you (read 'bail you out') if something goes wrong. We'll also talk about Franklin Graham possibly being kept from speaking at the Pentagon's shindig for the National Day of Prayer, and we'll discuss Earth Day as well.

I know it's a day late, but that's just how the schedule fell. Today we'll cover what the MSM won't cover about the Waco Massacre and the Oklahoma City Bombing. You'll be amazed at how much information simply fell down the memory hole in these two cases.

Utah's governor has signed a bill that would exercise eminent domain against the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. That's right, the feds. Will this bill withstand the onslaught of the courts? We'll also talk about Obama's new stance on drilling for oil, as well as the man who has been told he has to pay the legal fees of the church group who protested at his son's funeral. Amazing stuff, you won't want to miss this.

I had an interesting debate about health care with a liberal on Facebook, except it really wasn't a debate. The conversation really does outline the mind of a liberal, and makes me think liberals of his ilk have a diagnosable mental condition. We'll also cover the story about the "christian" militia group and how this will be used to demonize all militia groups. We'll also discuss Obama's decision to push through 15 recess appointments, thereby sidestepping the role of Congress.

That's right, the 10% tax on tanning is outright discrimination. We'll tell you why. Also, it seems that now that the bill is signed, the insurance industry is eager to get everyone covered. I guess all that opposition was phony, huh? And what do you do if you're being assaulted and when you call 911 the responding officers join in on the assault? Interesting story! Last but not least, Bin Laden, or the avatar posing as Bin Laden, has released another amateur film in which he threatens to kill whatever prisoners they have if we execute any of Al Qaeda.

The healthcare (or hellthcare) bill was signed into law today, so the tyranny of it has officially begun. We will devote most of the show to this topic. In other news, several Detroit schools have shut down. Is Detroit becoming a ghost town?
