Jessica Camerato from the CSNNE will be joining us tonight as our guest from 9-10pm EST (the second straight week of appearances from CSNNE).  Jessica had an excellent article on Glen Davis last week just before the holiday loss to the Magic: "In June, Davis and the Celtics suffered the agony of a Game Seven loss to the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals. Just as his role as a person was about to change in a few months with the birth of his daughter, so was his role as a basketball player. "I'll never forget," he said, "Michael Finley told me right after dinner after Game Seven, 'Make sure in training camp, you need to establish yourself.' I took that with me through the whole summer -- 'Establish yourself. You need to be a force to be reckoned with.' " Finley stressed to Davis that the Celtics could run the ball through him in the second unit this season. "You're capable enough to be doing that," the veteran said. Davis let the advice sink in. Then, it clicked. "

You can follow him on twitter for in game updates and postgame quotes/comments as he is very active throughout.  We will of course be talking to him about the impact that the loss of Rondo will have, especially in lieu of Sherrod's article on Nate Robinson from friday: "Rivers was pleased with the team's effort, but he wasn't particularly happy with some of Robinson's decision-making which resulted in him turning the ball over four times in the first half."[Rivers] was on my ass today," Robinson admitted. "He was yelling a lot. I was trying to make sure I was in the right spots. He would tell me at halftime, he said, 'If I start yelling at you, I'm giving you positive criticism.' So I said, 'It's all good coach. I'm not mad about it. I'm just mad at myself for messing up and not being in the right spots on the court. As time goes on, I'll get better with it.'""

He had the following love for Doc Rivers in his recap of the game on Thursday against the 76ers: But the Celtics executed when needed, they forced the Sixers into tough shots, and were on the winning end of a series of traded baskets down the stretch of what was really an entertaining ballgame. Doc Rivers' misdirection play at the buzzer allowed for a lay in for Kevin Garnett the Boston win, and further proof that nobody calls out of bounds plays like Doc Rivers does. Move over Larry Brown, tell Gregg Popovich the news.

Chris Forsberg will join us tonight to discuss the developments over the past week for the Celtics, primarily the loss of Delonte West who could be out for the remainder of the regular season. Chris had a feature article on Avery Bradley just hours after the injury: "That opportunity might have arrived just hours after Bradley spoke to reporters, when Boston backup guard Delonte West crashed to the floor after a driving layup, fracturing his right wrist and shelving him indefinitely. It's bittersweet for Bradley, who spent much of the early part of his rookie season with West, the two working out together at the team's practice facility while the rest of their teammates were on the road (West served a 10-game suspension at the start of the year for off-the-court troubles)."
